Toni has been extremely professional, understanding, really good listener and she was very convincing in terms of accommodating me to chose the right plan. Highly recommended. If you’re looking for a service plan and unsure on what would suit you best, definitely speak to Toni!

Very happy with the customer service received here. Spoke to a lady called Tony on the phone yesterday afternoon; she was very knowledgeable and able to advise me and sort me out with what I needed. She also managed to make me laugh! Considering I usually avoid such phone calls, I have been pleasantly surprised!

Today I spoke to AJ... I was getting a bit overwhelmed but AJ made it very simple and no pressure was made. He went through my choices twice as I forgot what he said, he completely understood my situation. It was very simple and easy. AJ was amazing. Very polite and well mannered. Thank you so much AJ!!
