Upon doctor’s approval, orders are diligently processed within 72 business hours, though this initial approval may take up to 2 business days. For orders placed between Monday and Wednesday before 12 PM EST, we ensure prompt processing. However, orders received from Thursday to Sunday are scheduled for processing on Monday, as our pharmacy remains closed over the weekend, and FedEx does not operate deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please note that the entire process, including doctor approval, processing, and shipping, typically spans 4 to 7 business days for the initial order. Subsequent orders are seamlessly enrolled in our automatic refill system, ensuring timely delivery before your next dose is due.

Love being able to get medications on…
Love being able to get medications on the internet. I don't like the fact I can't order for my husband and myself in 1 order. each order has to be placed and shipped separate.

This is because two separate questionnaires need to be filled out for each of you! We do understand how that can be kind of annoying. I will let the managers know and see if there is an easier way we can get you your medication for both you and your husband without having to go through the process multiple times. I do know they are currently working on patient portals, which will make it easier to order without having to go through the whole process multiple times. Most medications will have up to 12 refills and you will only have to refill out the questionnaire once the refills are up or the prescription is expired. I hope that will make things easier! Thanks for the review, Darla!

It works for a lot of women. To make sure you are using it correctly please contact one of our pharmacist so they can talk to you about how it works, where to place it, and the reasons it may or may not be working for you. Each individuals body reacts to all medications differently depending on a plethora of reasons. I'm sorry the medication did not work for you. We do have other options for that type of medication.
Ease of ordering A+ Haven't tried product yet
I haven't used the product yet since I just received it however the process was quiet easy. Shipping was discrete & quick. As a women at the end of menopause I'm excited to try it. Thank you for responding to my email VERY quickly. I showed no tracking number but when I reached out someone responded immediately with tracking update, which it arrived 2 days later. Great experience so far...now time to try the cream. Also TY for nice free gift.

The scream cream is amazing! I have multiple sclerosis so I am heavily desensitized in my genital area. This cream not only helped me achieve a more intense orgasm, it also helped me gain some feeling back in my vaginal canal. I was also sent an amazing cucumber eye gel that smells amazing and made my skin feel great
