Elusive and Impossible to Communicate With
Difficult to communicate with. No phone # provided. Emails claim to have been sent, but unable to locate in Spam/Junk folders. Customer service hours are M-F 8:30-5 pm CST. Rec’d a notification the item was shipped, but it never even left the building. Ended up cancelling and getting a refund.

Sorry to hear this Lisa! Our phone number is (800)818-1779 and our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm EST. Our email is CARE@SEVENCELLS.COM. Our shipping and tracking is all done through Fed Ex 2 day shipping. We do print the labels prior to shipping out, so you get notification earlier than the 2 day arrival time.
Quick turn around time.
I was impressed by the quick email replies when I signed up. They also answered all of my questions quickly and courteously in the Chat Room!
The sign up process, review, and medicine arriving at my house took only 1 week!

The process was quick and easy
The process was quick and easy. The price is definitely affordable and better than most locations I looked at. I submitted my recent lab work and answered all the questions as requested.
Once approved I got my meds within 2 days.

Nice start to a new beginning!
The process was so fast and easy. I called a few times with questions, and they were able to explain everything to me. Shipping was fast, even over the weekend! Can't wait to start this journey!!

Great experience
The whole process of getting the prescription was easy and like I had gone to my PCP. Unlike other companies I investigated, Seven Cells had me complete a medical history form FIRST as a screener prior to being referred to the medical doctor and asked for payment. I sent my recent bloodwork results and had an actual conversation via text with the doctor that let me know he read my medical history responses. The Tirzepatide came via FedEx as promised with everything I needed except a sharps container. Since my insurance company stopped approving my original prescription, I was thrilled to find a way to continue my access to a medication that has been a life-changer for me!!!

The FedEx website has a tracking number from FedEx so I am assuming it is at the FedEx hub ready to be delivered? I was told this is incorrect and it will be shipped shortly. I did not expect my purchase overnight but this is ridiculous.

Your order was approved by the doctor on May 1st, after we closed for the day. It can take 4 to 7 business days to process initial subscription orders. Your order is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, May 9th. We are dealing with a high volume of orders and are working hard to get everyone's order out in a timely manner. I apologize if you felt a week turn around was too long.

Edit: Dr approved 4/29. 5/6 advised that shipment went out. Received 5/7. Longer than stated in answer but let’s see how the refills go. Charging shouldn’t happen until ready to ship.
