Don't do it!! It is a scam. The first orders will come on time. I was charged $522 in September, but never received the medicine. I have been dealing with them to get a refund. They gave me a break down of my payments and shipments, but when I put the shipment information into the Federal Express site they are not the same. So I went to the Federal Express office and they showed me Seven Cells info was incorrect. Now trying to get a refund takes an act of Congress.
Multiple times the company shipped prior to 30 days and also after 30 days, and did not notify of shipment which resulted in ruined product. They would not rectify even after many months of membership. Too many companies doing the same service to stay with one that is unreliable and unprofessional
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this company. While the product itself is great, the delivery process has been a nightmare. The first two months went smoothly, but now it's been nothing but delays and confusion. I've been charged days ago, my order is over a week late, and they’ve promised to send tracking info at least seven times with no follow-through. I even completed a follow-up consultation, called their phone number, and was told to contact the pharmacy, only to find out my order was canceled—but I was still charged! The runaround has been ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them.
They are thieves!! Your first prescriptions will go as planned. They told me they have a new system and I had to fill out a new questionnaire. I filled out the questionnaire every week and called them every week, but no new meds. Claire who works in their custom care team wrote me the rudest note telling me to fill out their questionnaire. Since I told her it has been done weekly I haven't heard from her. I am being charged $522 a month for air. Don't do it unless your ready to throw good money away
They changed their business system and now I have to re-apply to get my shipment. Also had them ship me someone else's prescription in the past several months - they are a mess. Moving on to another provider.
On Aug 19, 2024 I paid and ordered my Tirzepitide Prescription was told it would ship within 7 business days. As of Aug 28th, I have no shipping confirmation and no one at the company has contacted to tell me why. After 2 emails and threatening to contact my bank for a fraudulant charge no one has returned my emails. I stressed the need to recieve my medicine in a timely matter due to already bieng late for my next dose but the company does not seem to care about that. After complaining to the BBB I got the order the next day, now month 2 after being told once I was in the system subsequent orders would be recieved in plenty of time to keep on schedule I am a day away from needing a refill and no medicine.
Customer service is terrible. I received an email to give a review and receive a 10% coupon good for your next order. What they don't tell you is that it's only good for new customers. Then why send it to an existing customer. SCAM

A few months ago, I decided to order Tirzepatide from SevenCells and it was probably one of my best decisions this year. I've lost 20 pounds so far. SevenCells has been amazing, I've never had any problems with my deliveries and they've been very helpful so far.

Started back in beginningwith this company and have lost 45 lbs on tirzepatide!! I can’t thank them enough. I’m beginning to find myself again thanks to this weight loss. I’m not eating like I used to and I’ve completely changed my lifestyle due to this wonder drug. I can finally keep up with my kids. Thank you guys.

This company is a scam. They have withdrawn money from my account 3 times, and I have only received one month’s worth. They refuse to help me or refund my money. Buyer beware.

Great pharmacy to work with, both at a consumer level, and provider level. Fast delivery, and fast response time. Patients have said nothing but great things. Pharmacy technicians like Jessica actually take their time and talk to you unlike the ones at CVS or Walgreens where you are just a number to them. Highly recommend.

Started back in March with this company and have lost around 40 lbs on tirzepatide!! I can’t thank them enough. I’m beginning to find myself again thanks to this weight loss. I’m not eating like I used to and I’ve completely changed habits due to this wonder drug. Thank you guys.

Beautiful, brand new pharmacy with a state of the art clean room preparing high quality compounded medications for patients.
My wife tried the compound they make for weight loss instead of the high dollar name brand stuff that insurance no longer covered. She said it was all an easy process to do through the mail and the customer service was great. She also really seemed to like some face moisturizer she got from there.
Originally, I had a prescription for MED-A, but I canceled it after one month. Three months later, I was unexpectedly charged for a refill. Despite Seven Cells admitting the mistake was on their end, getting a refund felt like it took an act of Congress. Last month, I switched to MED-B. Unfortunately, my first shipment was sent to the wrong city due to a glitch in their online ordering system that altered both the city and zip code. After countless emails, online chats, and phone calls, they finally shipped a new vial to the correct address. However, I was surprised to find that the Beyond Use Date (BUD) was just 11 days after it was made. When I went online to cancel the service, I received an email stating it was too late to cancel and that I would be charged again.
Even though I've been assured that I won’t be charged, I fully expect that I will be and will have to spend a ton of time and effort to get my money back.
The sudden barrage of 5-star reviews here and Google is a huge red flag!
Seven Cells pharmacy has excellent customer service! They are always so helpful over the phone. Great employees there! One of my favorite products from there is the hydrating face moisturizer!
I've been using this company for 2 years now, and I must say, they really are the best. Ordering is fast and easy. Received my order in just a few days and even had a free gift.
