After much procrastination I finally placed an order and I’m so glad I did! The new website is much easier to navigate on an iPad and I found everything I was looking for. My order arrived within the expected timespan and was packaged really well.
I placed one order then decided to place another later the same day. They combined both together and refunded one set of postage (without any prompting from me). Really very excellent service. I can’t imagine using anyone else for my paper craft supplies.

Easy website to find, very easy to look for the right product & helpful with adding to a basket & payment was very easy too. the items arrived very quickly considering how slow the postage has become.
