Purchased a stamp I had long desired and added another as it was cute. The 48hr tracked by Royal Mail turned into 168hrs, as R.M. decided to redirect it, then lose it, then find it again and then let it sit in the delivery office for 2 days followed by a bank holiday! I emailed Seven Hills to let them know about R.M's lunacy, and had a reply back on the SUNDAY AFTERNOON. Now, the last thing I expected was a Sunday reply on a bank holiday weekend. None of R.M.'s failures were down to Seven Hills and my message hadn't needed a reply, but they took time out to send a lovely response anyway. There is the mark of a company who cares about their customers.
My stamps did arrive after a convoluted journey after the bank holiday and of course I let Seven Hills know. Indeed, they were so well packed that I had trouble getting into the envelope - so for sure no-one could have tampered with them en-route.
It was the fact that I was emailed on Sunday afternoon that stood out most, and so I now have an account with Seven Hills. I have been a crafter for 30 years and more so have a huge stash and have bought from many companies over the years. The ones I use again and again are companies I know I can trust. These guys care - so what more can you ask.
5 stars from me as they are not responsible for Royal Mail's shortcomings - and we have all wondered who is to blame for those!!

Brilliant service from Seven Hills Crafts, can't be faulted, great products and I loved the die I ordered.

BUT, the Post Office delayed my parcel, by sending it to Scotland instead of Wales. It was worth waiting for my die, but c'mon Post office delivered to a different Country. DUH!

The item I was looking for was originally out of stock but I was notified as soon as it was available and I received my order 2 days later. I paid for 2nd class delivery so didn’t expect it before this. Excellent service and would definitely use this company again. A handwritten note was a nice touch too 😄😄😄

I’ve shopped with Seven Hills for years, before they were Seven Hills to be fair.

I come back time and time again for there great range of products, fast delivery (often the day after I order if the timings are right) and there great service when things go wrong (like me ordering 2 instead of one).
