We are Sewing Machine World, based in King’s Lynn, Norfolk, offering many services from our Bricks and Mortar shop. We are dealers and approved warranty agents for all major sewing machine brands; Bernina, Brother, Janome, Pfaff, Husqvarna, Juki and Babylock and also sell refurbished used machines. As well as carrying out servicing and repairs in our workshop, we are the only official warranty agent for Babylock in the UK. We sell online at www.sewingmachineworld.co.uk and offer Free Delivery on all machines, with our unique return to base warranty terms. Our friendly team have the knowledge to help you find the perfect machine, or with trouble shooting should problems occur. We also offer one to one tuition on all new machines purchased in store. We have engineers on site and experienced product specialists on hand to guide you from the first enquiry, through to a hassle free after service.

Real old-fashioned customer care.
I bought a pre-loved machine from here and the staff could not have been more helpful. The machine was delivered so quickly and was as good as a new one. Any correspondence is dealt with quickly and the staff really do care about customers being happy and confident with any purchase they make. I would not hesitate in recommending them. I would happily give Sewing Machine World 10 stars!

Great customer service
Rita and Steve gave me the very best customer service. I feel like they treated me as a person and didn't use a script, which is certainly refreshing :-) Got my machine quickly. Thank you. I'll definitely buy from this company again when I need accessories etc.

Good service after initial delay
The sewing machine is exactly as described and arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. I was disappointed that it hadn't arrived a week after ordering, but this was promptly chased by Sewing Machine World once I enquired about progress. The delay was with despatch from the manufacturer but, once chased, it arrived the next day. Sewing Machine World sent me some spare bobbins by way of apology, and I was happy with the way they handled the delay and kept me informed.

Purchase Babylock Acclaim
Visited Sewing Machine World to discuss the purchase of Babylock Acclaim ,Sasha was very helpful demonstrating the machine and then letting me play.ipIt was delivered well packaged and on time. I would not hesitate in recommending this company they are friendly and knowledgeable could not have done more to help and I will definitely use them again. Far better than using Amazon
