I completed my hypnotherapy training with Cathy and Charlotte two years ago and got so much out of it. Their approach as trainers was hugely informative, stimulating and also great fun. I have continued working with Cathy through her group supervision. Her inspiring, supportive approach gave me the confidence to set up my own practice - on a part-time basis initially and now full time.

John is kind! He’s the kind of person you’d want as your tutor due to his relaxed yet professional, knowledgeable and amiable approach.

I found John to be extremely understanding and patient. He makes learning memorable by adding humour, examples and sketches. His ability to explain things is 2nd to none.

What i love about Sfta's syllabus, is the logical way its laid out, starting with the history of the human brain, and various modalities of therapy, onto the variety of problems solution focused hypnotherapy can help with, and the onto the how it will help. I love the online support, this really is useful.

I had the privilege of being taught by Caron, and I must say her knowledge of Hypnotherapy is truly impressive. Her ability to explain concepts in a clear and accessible manner was brilliant.
