They did say that they were really busy. .you just have to keep calling within thier business hours and they will call you back and keep track of emails and email you back during their business hours . I got my shipment send to me and they are 100% authentic I will buy from them again . Very please with the sunglasses

i was scared initially after i made purchases of an expensive sun glasses which i got at over 100% discount from shadesbroker and kept calling customer service but no 1 picks up the call. i finally sent an email and got a reply, then i got a 2nd email with tracking nos. and 3 days later, i got my sunglasses which is 100% authentic!!!!

Hello, I just received my prada frames by FedEx and they look FANTASTIC!!! Im very please with the overall service and product. Youve made me happy, happy, happy and Im a customer for life. LOL If I can share, Ive been trying unsuccessfully to get this frame for three months through my optometrist. The frame was ordered on five occasion. Every one came in damaged from the manufacture or where ever they were being shipped from. After the fifth time and $502.00 later, I canceled everything and requested my money back. First I was being told that I had to select another frame or have frame number six shipped. After getting into some heated conversations, need I say my refund was on the way back to me. However, I had to wait for a total of three weeks to received my refund. You know I no longer see that optometrist and will from now on get all of my eye glass frame needs met at your site. Ill be sure to tell everyone I know about you too. Im on my way to lenscrafters to get my prescription, bifocals and transitions put in. Thanks a million
