I had an issue with the shipping that was my fault. I didn’t see the button for it. So I messaged on the website and then I was emailed. They were fast with their responses and very helpful. Will continue to purchase their products ❤️

The bra I ordered was fine when it eventually came, it's the customer service that's a problem. I paid the extra money for the shipping insurance which also assured customers fast delivery. I ordered the bra a week and a half before needing it for a wedding. Deliver was supposed to be 3-5 days and I got it a week and a half after the event. They sent me an email talking about due to Covid delayed shipping blah blah... if you know you can't provide the fast delivery then stop giving the option!!! I read that a few ppl had this issue in other reviews of their products too! But if it's items in the US and the shipping is within the US then why would there be an issue because I know for a fact that the USPS is working. Also, why wouldn't they use FedEx or UPS if this is a trend with the USPS?!?!??! I am cool with the bra and all but the shipping and attitude of the customer service regarding the issue sucks. Everything was handled poorly and the store credit they issue does nothing for me because I am NEVER ordering from them again.

Do NOT order from this website. They will steal your money and when you contact them about never receiving your order they will claim that sense "it has left their facility" there is nothing they can do about it. The tracking number they send out is fake and will say "no data" anytime you try to track the item.

I contacted customer service regarding the delay in the shipment of my items and Sheena was kind and courteous to reply me regarding the situation. She explained what was wrong and assured me that it will be shipped as soon as possible. The only thing, and I know it's out of her control is that the items still haven't shipped, I ordered them on July 11th and received a notification that they had shipped but each time I track it, all it says is that a label has been created and parcel information has been received. I hope they will arrive soon. Thank you!

Great Customer Care! I purchased a waist trainer that was too small and and wanted to exchange it. Sheena was very responsive and helpful. She saved me a lot of effort by giving me a discount on a larger size. This saved me from having to go through the hassle and cost of shipping the item back. She is a very quick responder and doesn't miss a step!

I ordered this product about a month ago and still haven’t received anything from them I’ve reached out several times and haven’t heard anything back Not even a notification that my product was being shipped out nothing back it’s very disappointing and I will continue to leave bad reviews I work in the customer service business and this is the most horrible customer service by farI’ve seen a lot of bad reviews on this company I’m not sure if anyone has been in my situation but please leave a comment and let me know I’m not as mad about losing the money I’m just mad about being lied to and that I should’ve done a little more research on this company before I spent my money

I never received my items they just canceled my order and refunded my money.

Never never order from these crooks. I placed an order may 2 2021 first of all my order took weeks to arrive and then when it came the body slimmer wouldn't turn on and the sweat belt had metal sticks poking out of the sides . I contacted customer service to advised waited over a month just for a partial refund they're refusing to refund the body slimmer even tho it doesn't work and I spent over $50 on this piece of crap. Customer service is one lady Sheena. What kind of company has 1 person handling all emails chat phone calls and complaints. A shady one !

It was my first time ordering from here and I ended up getting the wrong size. I reached out to see if I can exchange it for a smaller size and sheena was so helpful. I will never purchase nothing from this site again I purchased a waste trainer which was too small I did mine ordering another since you cannot return or exchange and she was willing to do a 50% to reorder but they never got back with me to do the 50% I'm done I can sell it to someone else never order from them again

Horrible. Took 2 months to get items. One was too big and other had 2 small holes. I sent them pics as they requested. And that was almost another 2 months ago.and have heard nothing back

She was very nice and king she resolved the issue swiftly with no form of issue a truly delightful experience
