Convenient and powerful, but needs some hands-on maintenance

We’ve been using a Shark robot vacuum with the self-emptying base for a while now, and overall it’s been a really useful addition to our house. The auto-empty dock is easily the best part — not having to manually empty the bin every day makes a big difference, especially with pets and regular foot traffic.
Navigation has been reliable and it does a good job covering rooms without constantly getting stuck. Suction is strong for a robot vacuum and it does a good job on everyday dust and pet hair.
Where it falls short a bit is with heavier pet hair and maintenance. The roller can need to be cleaned fairly often to keep it running at its best, and it doesn’t always get everything in one pass when there’s a lot of fur. It still saves a lot of time compared to vacuuming by hand, but it’s not totally hands-off.
Overall it’s a solid robot vacuum and the self-emptying base makes it worth it, even with a few quirks.

Bought a shark IQRobot with a lifetime…

Bought a shark IQRobot with a lifetime warranty. System reported an error and I called the company as the system requested. After troubleshooting, was told I would get another IQRobot in 5-7 business days. On the 8th business day after not receiving a shipment tracker, contacted the company again. This iteration ended again with the re-order and I did receive a shipping tracker. However, the next day I received an email indicating the order had been cancelled because shipping was not paid. Shipping had previously been waived since I had a lifetime warranty…they cancelled the order any way. Once again I contacted them and was assured that “This time I will received my replacement order.” I will update in 7 business days as I have received the email indicating I have an order again.

Super Service

Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Ninja NC300EU Eismaschine. Beim Einrasten des Hauptbehälters springt die Klinge immer wieder ab.
Nachdem ich Kontakt mit dem Shark Ninja Team aufgenommen hatte, wurde mein Anliegen von einem sehr freundlichen Teammitglied aufgenommen und professionell bearbeitet. Nach einigen E-Mails, in denen noch einige Fragen geklärt wurden, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich die Maschine zurückschicken soll. Ein Rücksendeschein wurde mir ebenfalls umgehend zugesendet. Nun ist die neue Eismaschine angekommen und ich habe wieder Freude daran.
Nochmals vielen Dank an das Serviceteam; von einem solch exzellenten Service können viele andere Firmen nur träumen.

This is my second time to deal with…

This is my second time to deal with them, the first time they were great, my shark robot malfunctioned, they had no problem sending me another and when I received it, I used that box to send the bad one back, now that one has had a part break, they said it was still warranted since it had only been 3 months and I had the best warranty, I asked if I could mail mine back in the box with the new one and they said no that I had to mail mine back first, I thought that was kinda crappy but I sent it back regardless, it's been 2 weeks now with emails, messages and phone calls and all they can say is that they have contacted the warehouse and I will receive a tracking number soon, still nothing.

I’ve been a loyal customer, but my recent experience with SharkNinja has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed.

After encountering a fault with the OL750UK base unit — a problem that has clearly affected many others — I was initially offered 50% off a replacement. I declined, explaining that this is a well-known and recurring issue, not a one-off. I was told the matter was being escalated.

Instead of a resolution, I received a worse offer (30%) with no explanation and no sign that the promised escalation had taken place. There has been zero engagement with the actual issue: the product is failing for many customers in the exact same way, as shown by the reviews on SharkNinja’s own website.

This isn’t about getting a discount — it’s about accountability and customer care. The OL750UK clearly has a design or manufacturing fault, and SharkNinja is choosing not to stand behind it. Passing off systemic failure as “bad luck” is not good enough, especially for a high-end product that failed just outside warranty.

I expected better. As it stands, I won’t be buying from them again — and I’ll be warning others to look carefully at how the company handles its faults.

My friend sent me a referral link for a…

My friend sent me a referral link for a "Give $20, Get $20" promotion, but the link didn’t work—it just showed an error page. We tried several times with no success. I even called customer service and spent nearly half an hour on the phone, only to be told that the link was indeed broken. They offered the $20 discount if I made the purchase over the phone, but I prefer to order online. It really shouldn't be this complicated to apply a simple discount or send a promo email. I’m already disappointed with the customer service experience and will choose another brand to avoid potential issues down the line.

Still waiting on refund

Returned two items ordered and was refunded for one item only. Have been fighting with them to get a refund for the other item for 3 weeks. All items were returned in one box. Just get emails bouncing me around departments with no solution.

Support Desk isn't!

They're help desk person at level 1 (afer Bot) was no more knowledgeable than the Bot. Escalation to level 2 was only slightly better. Call back was 24 hours later. Escalation to level 3 still no resolve. Level 2 and 3 required access to my camera to video the robot vacuum. This is a very invasive process. 5 days and still no resolution. Awful support.

Scam company

3 weeks after purchasing, multiple calls, emails, and chasing them up and it has still not been sent out/delivered. Nor will they cancel the order and refund. Do not buy direct from the company.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Placed an order and it took a week before it was even packed. They give you a tracking number that is useless because they haven't even packed your order! Will never purchase from them again.

I took up an offer in the Daily express to my regret

I took up an offer in the Daily express for a Ninja Woodfire BBQ with free cover and stand. I received the BBQ but the free cover and stand were missing. Ninja are refusing to honour their offer. I have purchased many items from Ninja (and Shark) previously and if this is the way they treat customers then I will be purchasing different brands from now on.

Discount Code Never works (At least for me)

So I placed an order of Shark Ninja upright vacuum with the code(STRATOS130) mentioned on their website, and got really a good discount. After two days I got an email about my order cancellation, mentioning that there was technical glitch about the code. Ugh.. and for this they gave me a discount code for 10% off to compensate. Customer service asked me to place the order with same code (STRATOS130) but this time with less discount(lol are you kidding me). Andthe extra discount code of 10% will not work with STRATOS130. My goodness, are you guys running scam or something. First You will have customer order the product and later you will cancel it based on your convenience and how come SharkNinja can change the discount % whenever and whatever you want even after publishing it. I asked Customer service that "what is the guarantee that this time you guys will not cancel STRATOS130 discount code and reduce the percentage # haha ). Anyway just wanted to share my experience if it helps anyone.

Bad Experience with Shark Customer Service

I ordered a Shark vacuum cleaner from amazon a few years ago and after the problem occurred with the item, I chatted with amazon.co.uk a few days ago for this purpose, and they directed me to the customer service of Shark UK. I talked with them on the phone, and at first they said I should expect an email from them about this issue. After a few days they sent an email stating that "As the vacuum does not reside within the UK region, we are unable to support unit's outside this area". When I ordered this product from amazon, I sent an email and asked the customer service of Shark whether warranty covers my country I live in. And they said 'yes it covers'. If they had said 'no' I would not have bought the product and would have canceled my order. And now they say the warranty doesn't cover your country. How is that possible now? They should have told me before this information. Instead they said 'yes, it covers' at that time. And now they said I should contact their international branch for support with this issue. I sent an email to the international branch, however their email didn't work at first. And later the international branch of Shark sent me an email directing me again to the same place which is the Shark UK branch. For me this was a very bad experience with Shark unfortunately.
