Customer services surprised me - in a good way!
My experience - just purchasing and talking to customer services. Bought an electric BBQ and hairdryer/attachments. I ended up having to call customer services 3 times - once when my 10% first customer discount code didn’t arrive, second to confirm delivery so I could receive my 10% discount, and lastly to say my hairdryer attachments hadn’t arrived.
I used 0800 862 0453, I got through really quickly each time, all three call agents on my three separate calls were friendly and very helpful. Honestly, It’s been a long time since I’ve called any company and felt so heard and respected!
Both deliveries arrived the next day.
Yes, there were issues with the ordering process. But being able to call, then get answered quickly without any delay and talk to someone who was friendly and service driven made it effortless. And on each call, my query was dealt with to my satisfaction.
Dealing with SharkNinja has been surprising - in a good way! I’ve been very impressed.
Quick Response and Effective Resolution
Not to take away from the prior reviews by those who had a less than desirable experience, but I have been extremely pleased with the level of customer service I received to resolve a Ninja blender issue.

Nach noch nicht einmal einem Jahr ist der Griff an der Frittierschublade meiner Shark Ninja komplett abgeblättert.Da ich sie Ingesamt nur 3x in die Spülmaschine gegeben und ansonsten immer per Handwäsche gereinigt habe,ist dies sehr ärgerlich.Auch die Garantie greift hier nicht ,wie man mir deutlich zu verstehen gab.Ich kaufe nichts mehr von dieser Firma.

Had a replacement vacuum that also needed replacing as they couldn't supply a spare part, I have multiple sharkninja products that have needed replacing but on this particular occasion I came up against a brick wall. Yes it's will return faulty product but I don't have a box, "any box will do" but I haven't got a box, "try and find one" should I troll the streets looking for one, can I return.it in the box you send the replacement in? " no we don't do that" but you did when i needed to replace a kettle, so what is the problem? "We don't do that" 3 emails later to the leader of Customer Service and still no reply i have given up, will NEVER buy another product from this company whose products seem to go wrong all the time.

J'ai appelé pour commander un autre ,ils me l'ont envoyé gratuitement sans même me charger les frais de livraison .
Je n'ai donc déboursé aucun sou et j'ai reçu un autre pichet neuf.

Dogshit. They don’t care at all about the consumer that they feed on. Pump out a bunch of useless crap and when it fails. State you don’t have a 5 year warranty. God forbid they stand by their word.

I had ordered the Shark hairdryer with attachments bundle. I realized I had clicked a wrong attachment right after I purchased. Within that same moment, I emailed customer service to ask if they could modify my choice to the correct choice (no price different).
I ordered at 900pm and heard back from them first thing in the AM. They told me it was too late, it was already shipped. I just accepted it, but I was also annoyed as my request wasnt that complicated, it had not shipped yet or even been picked yet because you get emails telling you they are, and there was no one someone picked and shipped my order overnight when the place would have been closed. So, I emailed them back, said forget about it and asked if the other attachment could be purchased separately, I wasnt seeing a way to on my app. Well, never heard back from them. This was 4 days ago.
I thought, well whatever, originally my mistake. The shipping was quick but imagine my suprise to find a box that says 2/2. I open it, no hair dryer. Just attachments. So, I thought wtf? I checked my emails and noticed they did send me 2 tracking #. Lets face it, none of us look at these crazy long numbers to notice that a double text at the same time means two shipments. I just figured it was normal mobile phone silliness, not two different shipments.
I checked the status of the first box. Still in Melbourne. Not expected for 7 days from now. Why? Why could you not just get a bigger box and ship them together? How is this method of two deliveries and two boxes "carbon net zero delivery"? Its not like the entire shipment is big or heavy.

Returned 2 items and only received a refund for 1 item. I didnt realise and placed both items in same box when I should have used 2 boxes. But, they have still received both items. Now refusing to refund me because I only used 1 box. I have spoken to my payment provider who have raised a second dispute with Shark today asking they refund my money. Disgusting company. Will never use them again!!

Ich habe im letzten Herbst eine Kaffeemaschine pro bestellt. Leider gehen jedoch nach kurzer Anwendung das Milchkännchen kaputt. Schlechte Qualität, das Plastik bröckelte am Griff und ist nicht mehr nutzbar. Mir wurde darauf hin, weil die Milchkanne angeblich gerade nicht auf Lager ist, 25 € Gutschrift angeboten und eine Lieferung des Milchkännchens zeitnah. Die Gutschrift ist nie angekommen, eben so wenig das Milchkännchen. Warte nun seit zwei Monaten. Kann also außer normalen Kaffee, weil die Aufschäumfunktion nicht funktioniert, die Maschine nicht benutzen. Da hätte es eine normale Filterkaffeemaschine getan. Ich fühle mich verarscht und werde nun zum Anwalt gehen, da mittlerweile sogar die E-Mails an den Kundenservice bzw eine direkte Antwort auf die letzte E-Mail des Kundenservice zurückkommt. Scheinbar wurde ich blockiert. 550 € rausgeschmissen.
Stehen die kurz vor Insolvenz, weil hier so viele schlechte negative Bewertungen zu finden sind? Komisch.

left a 1* as had to rank it, but overall service is awful. ordered and paid for a cordless vacuum. notified it was on route, then notified it's held up for days in depot and each day saying it'll be delivered the following day!! . then checked app to say it was being returned. contacted customer services who said when this happens automatic refund issued, although no notification if this and no refund. changed plans for 3 days awaiting delivery only to get no item and no money. they state they can't resend item and I have to wait 48hrs for someone else to contact me. so next day delivery is a joke. I thought buying direct would avoid issues but very disappointed in the service and wouldn't recommend, unless you want to be out of pocket

I purchased a Shark robot vacuum as a holiday gift for my mom back in October. Within a few weeks, the vacuum completely lost suction and had to be replaced.
The replacement (#2) worked for a few days and then started glitching and disconnecting from the app. After multiple calls with support, remapping the house several times, and troubleshooting over and over, they finally confirmed the unit was defective and told me to return it.
At that point I explained that I was about to receive my third robot in two months and asked for an upgrade due to all the issues. After pushing back (their first “compensation” offer was extra mopping cloths!), they finally agreed.
Robot #3 arrived, I mapped the house again, and then it started beeping with an error saying there was an obstruction on the base preventing it from leaving the dock. There was nothing there. I followed every instruction support gave me and checked the base repeatedly, but the issue never resolved. Their final answer: the unit is defective again.
Because of this, I have to physically lift the robot off the base every time just to use it — meaning remote cleaning and automatic washing are impossible.
Now they are sending robot #4 in four months.
Safe to say I’ve learned my lesson: No more Shark products.

Auf der Suche nach einem bestimmten Artikel (überall nur für mehr als 300€ zu bekommen) landete ich auf der Ninja-Seite und bestellte dort (weil per Newsletter-Anmeldung 10% Rabatt auf die erste Bestellung plus "beim Hersteller selbst im Notfall bei Reklamationen").
Schrecklichste Erfahrung! Sprechen die kein Deutsch oder können kein "Computing"?
Der bestellte Artikel scheint ja grundsätzlich mangelfrei zu sein und kam auch in der angekündigten Zeitspanne (by the way "Made in China"). Aber - wäre mir am Morgen nicht zufällig in der parallelen DHL-Ankündigung aufgefallen, dass an den Adressdaten irgendwas nicht stimmte - wäre die Sendung niemals hier angekommen!
Ich änderte auf "Zustellung bei einem Nachbarn" und tippte auf der Seite von DHL unsere (!) korrekte Adresse (Email + Screenshot gespeichert!) ein und gab nur einen fremden Vornamen zu unserem Nachnamen.
Diskussion mit Ninja und zur Erklärung auch dazu an sie geschickte Fotos der verschiedenen Daten! Die wollen oder können nicht begreifen!
Ninja bestätigte sowohl bei Bestellannahme sowie in der Lieferankündigung die vollständige und korrekte Lieferadresse - aber auf dem tatsächlich abgeschickten Paket waren gleich mehrere Fehler (von Ninja selbst!) als Adressat. Es fehlte die Hausnummer und sogar die DHL-Kundennummer war völlig verdreht (notwendig für die Sendungsverfolgung und die Wunschzustellung) - das kann doch kein Softwarefehler sein. Hier hat jemand alles verfälscht beim Anfertigen des Liefer-Etiketts!!! Ninja ignoriert die übersandten Fotos zum Abgleich und erklärt stolz, sie hätten nichts falsch gemacht sondern ich als Kunde. Nie wieder bestellen wir dort !!!!! Dann schickt Ninja sonstwohin und behauptet angebliche Zustellung und verlangt die Bezahlung! Wenn ich jetzt hier die Berichte anderer Kunden lese, dann vertraue ich nichtmal mehr möglichen Ersatzteillieferungen im Bedarfsfall. Solches Durcheinander kann sich Shark und Ninja wirklich leisten? Wozu nutzt man dort Computer - oder verstehen sie nur Englisch? Ihr Computer hat doch sicher nicht nur Datenbanken sondern auch ein Übersetzungsprogramm - oder nicht?

I am not saying the low reviews are fake, however I had an amazing experience with Shark Customer Service in EU. My iz300 Shark broke down after 3 years of use and I wrote to the Customer Service to uphold my guarantee. They have been very quick and efficient in communications, but mostly very supportive in explaining every step over and over again to me. I got a new hoover and an extra battery, so I don't have to stop cleaning mid-room if the battery goes of. I am 100% satisfied.
I bought the SharkNinja neverstick 12-piece set
I bought the SharkNinja neverstick 12-piece cookware set five years ago. Their warranty is for 10 years. I sent them pictures and the they agreed to replace two pots and three pans after just five years. Except they are not. They keep just saying the items is not in stock and please wait 4-6 weeks. It's been over two MONTHs. It's not a warranty if you don't honor it. Never by SharkNinja!

I had a problem of no suction with my cordless stick.I phoned customer service who told me to take it apart and they would send replacement parts I explained i cant use one arm as i had surgery for stage 3 cancer that did not make any difference . I asked to speak to a supervisor but he was on on the phone I told them i was going out in 45 mins Never got the supervisor or anything sorted. If thats how they treat a cancer victim its appalling Do not buy SHARK
