I’ve already ordered twice. I literally fell in love with this brand and the aesthetic it offers. Their clothes are just pieces of arts. It’s been a long time that I’m looking for an ethic and Arab brand like Shawq that is unique in its artistic and aesthetic approach! This one ticks all the box.
I would hope that Shawq continues to grow and develop new items/products.
And the quality /price ratio is simply unbeatable!!

The sweater is my favorite. Whenever I wear it I get tons of questions and compliments. Its very unique, classy and promotes proper dialog. A purchase likes this shows you care. Shows you are up to date on current events and the history. Its a far cry from a fxck Israel sign or someone saying free Palestine to be trendy when they know little to nothing. In north America people can be anti Arab and pro Israel. When they see me, a white guy wearing this beautiful art, it opens discussion and I am more than happy to educate. Also the service side of ShawQ is top notch. I will be a repeat customer.

The items came way later than expected, but they were exceptional quality. Gorgeous hoodie and sweatshirt, with beautiful embroidery. The little touches that came with the items were also wonderful, but I won’t ruin the surprise!

This brand and company has not only phenomenal clothing but also amazing service, the first time I purchased from them it was a sweater and it is still something that I enjoy wearing both in the house and out in public, it gets a lot of questions and compliments, I recently bought the stitch hoodie that came out and not realizing I preordered it I had messaged the company on instagram not really thinking they would reply but to my surprise they did and let me know it was a pre order coming soon, really amazing and respectful people and the response time was phenomenal, I received the hoodie and along with the sweater it has became something I wear almost every day, 10/10 service, products, and brand over all

I had placed an order for three pre-order items from Dubai and I was informed that it may take 2-3 weeks end-to-end. However, it took way longer than anticipated because of some operational limitations at Shawq’s end. But, finally when I got my order, I was simply awestruck.
I honestly and genuinely quote this - These are not just clothes, these are real masterpieces representing the art of the artisans who ideate and bring such pieces of art to existence. It really was worth the wait.

I would also like to take this opportunity to specially thank Ibrahim who happens to be the founder of Shawq, for keeping the communication and support going personally when the brand faced a dire scarcity of customer support team. Last but not least, kudos to all the other team members and the artisans who work to their best possible efforts to get the articles created and delivered.
Before, I close this review, I would like to appeal to all the people to be a bit considerate towards Shawq as any business can run through roadblocks and hiccups. Please do order from this brand, you will not regret once you get the articles in your hands.

I’ve had some problems with my order but they are very helpful!

I ordered the “Never Forgotten, Never Forgiven” denim jeans and the Ghalabany Al-ShawQ T-shirt from ShawQ.

There was a longer wait than I originally expected, as the items were pre-order pieces, but ShawQ ultimately looked after me extremely well and I am very pleased with how everything was resolved.

The quality of the clothing is excellent. The embroidery and level of detail are genuinely impressive, and what makes the pieces particularly special is the meaning behind the designs. They feel much more like wearable art than ordinary branded clothing.

ShawQ also very kindly included the Zahrat Al-Mada’en T-shirt as a goodwill gesture. I absolutely love it and greatly appreciated the way the team handled everything.

The Palestinian cultural references, symbolism and craftsmanship are what make the brand stand out for me. I am very happy with the clothes and gifts I received and will definitely be watching for future ShawQ releases and anything from their other brands.

Ordered the never forget jeans. They are really high quality with high quality embroidery. I actually wanted to highlight their customer service. Another review on here had a bad experience but for me it was the complete opposite. The best customer service I have experienced in a long while.

I missed an email from my carrier demanding an import payment. Were I to miss it the package would be sent back to them. They emailed me to make sure I made the payment and got my package. They had no financial incentive to do that. But they did it anyways and I'm very grateful. We exchanged multiple emails and they always responded within 24 hours.

These days it's all automated emails and chatbots. Them reaching out to me to make sure I would get their products was incredibly thoughtful. 10/10

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with the shipment and the Owner of the company reached out to me personally to rectify the situation.

I had previously written a negative review but after the way they treated my situation, I rescind the negative review and give them a resounding 5 stars.

I bought a pair of jeans with a Palestinian design. The jeans are very beautiful and of great quality.
But, their transporter is ups, an american company, so my goal to somehow help the Palestinian cause is a flop… This is why I put a 3 star.
Once they have another non American company, I will definitely order again.
