Customer service response was fast
Firstly, I would like to state that I was very pleased with how quickly my original order came, considering I live in a very northern part of Canada.
I purchased these items for an upcoming vacation, unfortunately, when I purchased 4 bathing suits & one dress from this site (using their size chart, even taking my measurements 3xs to be sure they were correct) each item was too small. I contacted customer service to request an exchange of sizes, and while the response was very quick, their initial response was not great. Their first response included a $50 refund & a discount code (I spent $250+ on these items). However, after some back and forth with customer service, they agreed to send my items in a different size. I'm currently waiting on any further information regarding shipping. Here's hoping that they get in before I leave in 5 weeks. I guess I'll update when I either get shipping info or they arrive.

I purchased two items. Shipping did take over a month. I reached out to support and they said the item was out of stock, and they were waiting for supply. That’s not my complaint. My complaint is returning them. I read the return policy and they provide an email. I emailed them and after several back and forth interchanges, they offered me a 50% refund and insisted that I keep the items. They don’t fit! So now I either throw them away, or try to find a home for them. They should not advertise easy returns when they do not accept returns.

Terrible service
Placed an order for two items. Took weeks of waiting just to reach out to them, have them tell me my order was out of stock. There was zero communication on their end. I told them to refund me because I was disappointed with their service, and they said they would refund me in 5-7 business days. Still waiting on my refund 12 business days later. I reached out again. Very poor service and business experience. I can’t recommend this company to anyone.

If I could leave less than one star I would it took them a month to even try to help me find a solution which they ended up not finding me a solution which was my whole order being out of stock which they didn’t even notify me I had to contact them !! And then when I asked for my refund they said we are so glad we could
help to solve this issue like that’s helping solve anything. This has been a horrible company I am so disappointed with the customer service and my overall experience do not and I mean DO NOT purchase from them horrible !!!

Replacement Order
I had placed an order on 8/28 &followed up on my order & was advised when I was to expect the order. I did receive my order but it was not what I ordered. Advised them that I did not receive what I ordered. So very quickly they will reship my order. They were very quick & replied in a timely matter. So I am waiting for my replacement order to arrive.

Absolutely perfect bra! Very high quality and lifts and separates bottom heavy breasts just like it says. I got the Seamless Unlined Balconette. Most impressive was the customer service!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- When I placed my order online, it showed all the bras that I ordered in stock. After a week and no shipping label even created I reached out to the company. I did hear back and they told me they were getting the order ready and it would ship in the next couple days. after another week and again no shipping label created I again reached out this time I heard back that the product wasn’t in stock and they wouldn’t get it for a couple weeks. now three weeks from when I originally ordered I was a wee bit angered. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. It is now six weeks since I placed my order and I have not received any product nor have I received my refund. Their excuse is that the banks have tied up the funds and they can’t get to it. I have no idea what that means so angered would never never order from the scam company again.
