My sheepers arrived quickly in minimal packaging but in their own bag within the shipping bag. They are gorgeous, the colour, embroidery and beautiful stitching of the moccasin sole to the upper. Delighted with them

Best slippers hands down! I brought my first pair around 3 years ago from the lucky dip selection. I wear them religiously and they are still going strong. I brought another pair shortly after because, why not!?. I haven't worn them yet, because I haven't need to! Made to last!

For Christmas I received a very comfy, warm pair of sheeper slippers - they are lovely, I would certainly recommend.

I emailed sheepers to express my unhappiness as my slippers I received at Christmas had started to come apart. Having previously owned a pair which lasted over two years I was disappointed at the quality. I emailed them, including some photographs. I received a very prompt reply apologising for my experience and that they were saddened the quality was not at their usual standard. They included a coupon so I could choose a brand new pair for free and also included free express delivery. The customer service was excellent, they clearly care about their customers and want them to the receive their usual high quality products. Thank you Sheepers for sorting this out for me.

Bought two pairs of earmuffs from this seller. The seller was responsive to my concerns when the package did not arrive within the expected timeframe. They ended up arriving a bit after that. The earmuffs were very well packaged and are of great quality. Given this, despite the somewhat slower delivery time, I would buy from this seller again.

The slippers are beautiful but the stitching T the front came undone after a week and they also make a lot of noise when you walk. It’s like walking on creaking floorboards.

Haven't worn another brand on slippers in 4 years. There so comfy and mould to the shape of your feet. There warm without making your feet sweat. I really can't praise them enough

Super cozy and warm sleepers, my kids absolutely adore them and wear them at all time. Perfect fitting and detailed finishing. I actually made a mess when I ordered them, cause I got sizes confused, but @sheepers were truly helpful and sorted it out without any trouble. Lovely people, lovely items!

Greatest slippers I’ve ever owned love them super comfy and very warm

I ordered a sheepskin cat bed. It was such a fantastic purchase. It came quickly in the post, and it’s beautifully made. We recently lost one of our cats in an accident, and his surviving brother was really comforted by having somewhere safe and cosy to sleep. We are so grateful we found something that made him so happy.

Lovely and warm slippers. But boy do they make a lot of noise squeaking all the time. Worn every day in the hope it would eventually stop but after four months I am giving up. Customer services are quick and polite but very generic response with very little personalisation which is a little disappointing. If you can put up with very annoying squeaking on every step then you’ll be fine. But I’m off to buy another brand as my arthritis can’t cope with trying to walk on my toes to stop the squeaking driving my family mad!

I wanted sheepers for so long I finally made the purchase in Nov 22, because of strikes I didn't receive them for a month which I understood, but 3 weeks after wearing them the stitching became undone to which I sent them photographic evidence and their answer was sending a repair kit, now I have sewing experience but a week after repair the new thread has broke, I do not think they are value for money and would never purchase again....I was hoping they would last me years but I may aswell have gone to shoezone....

The slippers sat in the garage for about a year before my husband got round to sorting them with his building line which is a lot stronger than original thread,so I now have cosy feet this winter but for the price you would expect them to be good.
