Do not bother! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Enormous delays, no communication. The end product is poor quality, very thin, stitching is loose after minimal wear.

Having bought some Sheepers for my toddler daughters , I decided I needed a pair too as the quality is gorgeous. Great customer service and speedy delivery. They are really comfy and fit perfectly.
Sheepers Slipkit
I recently received a slipkit (make your own slippers kit) and I absolutely love it! It’s so satisfying making something yourself! The slippers are really great quality and the rainbow thread looks brilliant! When I contacted customer service about a tiny problem, they were brilliant and responded really quickly!
Not as ethical as they’d have you believe!
Ordered a pair just after Christmas and the delivery window was missed by a country mile. When questioned, they promised a refund of the delivery charge “the next day”. That was almost a month ago and despite several chased emails with a screenshot of the false promise, they have gone totally dark on me. Ignored everything since. So, so bad.
It’s not a lot of money in the grand scheme of things, but I object to a company trying to market themselves as small and ethical, when in fact they are anything but.
Also, the slippers look pretty crap (haven’t worn them yet as I have such negative feelings about the company). Don’t bother. They’re not all that. Caveat emptor
Bad product and customer service
They creak when I walk
Had a pair of sheepers for Christmas. They looked well made but when I wear them they creak! I thought it’s because they are new but weeks later they are still the same. It’s driving me mad.
Customer service basically said ‘you can still wear them’. They are supposed to be made of all leather and the outers are but I think the inner sole is something else. Anyway, would not buy again.
Avoid
Received slippers just after Christmas and within a week or so the stitching has come apart - I have sent photographic evidence of this to Sheepers. They have offered a refund or exchange, but only if I sent them back at my own expense. I am reluctant to do this having read other reviews where similar has happened and they have refused refunds/exchanges due to items being worn. I have asked for a partial refund instead which they have refused. It has been interesting that the emails sent initially were responded to very slowly, but I had an almost instantaneous reply to point blank refuse the partial refund. Really disappointed in both the slippers and the unwillingness to compromise.
Great quality products
Great quality products, fast delivery. I have have two pairs of gloves and a pair of slippers. I love them and the gloves keep my hands so warm and cosy even in the coldest conditions. I recently had to contact customer services and the service was amazing and prompt! Highly recommend 😊
Ordered a pair of the zodiac slippers…
Ordered a pair of the zodiac slippers and a pair of mittens. The slippers came later then expected and it’s because of Royal Mail strikes as they post with DPD and the mittens where missing, the mittens arrived today (10/10/2023) and they’ve sent 2 right hand mittens. 🤦🏻♀️ email replies hardly ever get replied too so now waiting on a reply to see how I can make THEIR mistake right. No doubt they’ll want me to return the mittens before they send me a new pair out, it will be summer by the time this gets corrected if it ever does.

Catalogue of errors
Items were late. They lied about it being posted. Waited a month for delivery only for incorrect items to arrive again LATE. Did not care that it ruined xmas for certain people but gladly took my money. Better off using elsewhere. The epitome of 'not giving a crap'.

I wanted sheepers for so long
I wanted sheepers for so long. We were told to size up, but we're far too big. When I put them on, they are so hard and uncomfortable that I can't wear them. So disappointed as they look lovely.

When my order did arrive well it was most definitely worth the wait. The products look lovely on their website but just wait till you actually see them in person as they are gorgeous & so comfortable. You will most definitely not be disappointed.

Gorgeous Slippers and great customer service
Gorgeous Slippers. Ordered on Black Friday and took a good month to arrive due to Royal Mail strikes - absolutely not the fault of Sheepers. Customer service were always lovely and reassuring. Would recommend and will buy again!
Got my Sheepers today and they fit…
Got my Sheepers today and they fit well- I read some advice about sizing down if between sized as they stretch and this has worked out well! Wool is fairly soft. Shoes are quite narrow so some might need to consider that when ordering, or perhaps they will stretch to fit!
Main issue was lack of contact during the delivery delay. As a seller I totally understand how frustrating the delays are, but not responding to emails for over 2 weeks left me quite worried- especially when the tracking number doesn’t come as standard on the dispatch email.
Thankfully now it looks as though they have an automatic email which helpfully gives a timeframe in which they aim to reply. It was a shame that they weren’t willing to apologise for the total radio silence but at least they arrived in the end. I’d probably consider buying another pair in future but only if I could get them from a shop.
Amazing slippers
I have purchased several pairs of these slippers in various guises.. they are comfortable,warm and I wear them to death. The only reason I have ordered multiple times is that 1/ I do wear them outside (which they are not designed for..my choice) and 2/ I want i try different styles. Currently working between 3 pairs and ordered another 2 for myself and 1 pair as a gift. I love everything about these slippers and the company ethos. This last order was later arriving than usual, but customer service responded right away and my slippers arrived the next day. I will continue to buy these as ling as they are available 🙂

Have not recieved the product yet but after a problem arose i was notified by email straight away and it took very little correspondence for them to solve the problem for me.
Abysmal customer service
Ordered something mid november on behalf of my sister who struggles to use the Internet, item never arrived. When emailing customer service they are patronising and bordering on rude, not helpful at all, and the most they can say is be patient - that is, when they bother to reply. Nobody can give an indication of when her item might arrive, company refuse to send replacement or refund, or to take it up with royal mail. My sister is now out of pocket what is a substantial amount of money to her, has nothing to show for it and no guarantee that anything will arrive at all
