Disappointed, after only 4 months they have broken, stitching on one slipper has come completely apart. State they cannot replace or refund due to age! Thought they would last longer. Offered a small discount to buy more or can get me free thread to repair myself but only black or white when currently gold. Very disappointed

Received great advice about sizing from the beginning until the end. Received a jacket I didn't like and they exchanged it quickly with no issues.

I absolutely love these slippers! I’m on my third pair :) they are so comfortable, warm and beautiful to look at (I get compliments from everyone who sees them). They arrive speedily and well packaged. I actually order the lucky dip slippers which are supposed to have minor flaws, but I’ve never been able to see what was wrong with them! I love them and recommend them to everyone. Great company making beautifully things x

Have been wearing and gifting Sheepers for 2 years now and absolutely love them! The quality and styles are fantastic, along with a comprehensive website to explain about sizing etc, and an excellent team working on customer services. I’ve just invested in a second pair after 2 years of heavy use on my previous pair, and will be first in the queue if they release a wider range of outdoor soled ones! Highly recommend.

I bought some Sheepers back in 2020 and they have been fantastic. Don't write them off when you first get them, they are a pair of slippers I found I needed to 'break in' for a few days. Then you've got a pair of slippers that pretty much feel like fluffy socks.

I have been buying from Sheepers now for over a year and have gifted many pairs of slippers (of varying kinds) and some gloves in that time and all have been well received and loved. I work from home and live in my sheepers. I personally love my Sheepers and have only had positive experiences with their customer service, both via email and Instagram messaging.

I LOVE Sheepers! I just wish I needed ten pairs because I honestly could buy them in so many different colours! They’re super comfy, hard wearing and great value. Definitely recommend.
