I absolutely loved these sheets for a short period of time. After a couple of washes (yes, following the instructions), they ripped. Originally, I thought it was a one-off so stupidly ordered another set. Exact same experience. Save your money!

Received products but when I opened the packaged I did not like the material. Thus, I requested a refund (most items were never even opened because I knew I wanted to return). They took forever to get back to me. Finally did and stated they would give me a return label. But never received one. Now its pass 30 days and I have to go via credit card company to fix this. my order number was #692

Do not buy sheets from Sheets and Giggles. The quality is terrible and the company does not stand by their products! Although I loved the sheets at first, I reached out to customer service after my sheets tore slightly after a year of use, with no help besides a 20% discount code. You'd expect for sheets at this price point, they'd last much longer. I was advised that they only warrant their product for 30 days! This felt like a complete slap in the face when reaching out to them that they aren't willing to acknowledge a clear quality defect within the product. I followed all instructions exactly as specified. Would not recommend purchasing from Sheets & Giggles.

Do not buy, in less than a year the sheets wore out and developed holes. I have had various sheet sets for years and have never had any wear out as fast as these, and this set is not the only sheet set that I use I alternate with another set so they were only on my bed 1/2 a year. I contacted customer service and they said they have a 30day return policy. I guess they have no warranty for defective product, any sheet that goes threadbare in less than a year I consider defective. For the price they are not worth it. I strongly do not recommend.

I have been ordering sheets from Sheets & Giggles for years, but recently decided I would no longer waste my money. As others have stated, the sheets rip. They also pill something fierce! Because I love the feel of these sheets, I have been ordering a new fitted sheet every time one rips. With the cost of these sheets, I shouldn't have to keep replacing the fitted sheet as often as I do. Also, the color of the sheets are different every time I place an order. The only way to get the same color for the whole set is to order everything as once, which I won't do because I don't need top sheets or pillow cases (although, these are starting to show wear, too). For the record, we do not have pets and we care for the sheet according to instructions. Sheets & Giggles did replace our first set due to the ripping and suggested we received a defective set, and their customer service has been good with other issues. But I can no longer justify spending this much on sheets that I have to keep replacing.

As a long time customer of Sheets & Giggles, I've been very disappointed recently with the fitted sheets as they do not stay in place even though well tucked under the mattress! Sheets are nice and cool however if I have to play bed aerobics every day, no thanks!!! I have a Queen Bed and ordered Queen Sheets :)

Unable to write a review on their website. Sheets of mine and my friends deteriorated after 13 months and 18 months. They won't replace mine because they supposedly can't be sure it wasn't me who ruined it even though my friend had the same issue. Only offered a 50%off coupon. Lol

Ditto on ripping, and shredding. Terrible quality for the price. Date of my experience is just the most recent one.

I bought a king set for over $250, I figured it was worth it for sheets that I will use nightly as I LOVED my last set of Tencel sheets from another company. These were really comfortable and cooling, I loved them at first but my first set two washes in began ripping exactly like the other reviewers showed. I contacted them and they did replace them right away after sending photos, they said I probably got a defective set. I get my second set, this time I am afraid to wash them. I sleep alone with soft jammies on and no pets so I figured it was fine to not wash them as long as possible. I think I even got close to a year without washing them, changed them out a few times with another set. Finally I knew I had to wash them. very FIRST wash and lo and behold, two days later the same exact ripping, this time when I contacted them they blamed it on me stating it was my pets or something. I explained I had no pets and slept alone in soft jammies and 80% of reviewers had the exact same issue, also that I wasn't looking for a replacement this time as it seemed pointless if they keep ripping but wondering if they had found a fix for the ripping issues, they just offered me a discount and said it was my fault basically. I would NEVER purchase these again, I cannot have sheets I can't wash obviously. They were super soft and cooling and I do still use the top sheet and pillow cases which did not rip, only the fitted one kept ripping so there's that at least.

Soft, cool sheets in great colors with a quality guarantee and humans that respond and stand behind it. They're only getting better with age and consistently bringing new products and working towards innovation.
