Thanks so much Lacey! We’re thrilled you’re loving the fit and quality! 💛
Lovely.
I love the suit. It feels like good quality, and just a neat company to support. Sadly, ordering from Canada means I had to pay an additional $60 or so in duty once my order arrived. Other than that it was all a great experience :)

Thanks so much for the kind words and support! We're thrilled you love the suit. Sorry to hear about the duties — we know international fees can be a pain. Appreciate you ordering all the way from Canada!

Unflattering and uncomfortable
The high-waisted bottoms do not cover your bottom!
They look great in the promo but as soon as you take a step they creep up. They are totally unwearable and really unflattering. Can't return them so stuck with store credit. Think very carefully before purchasing from here.

Thanks for your feedback, Sheree – we're sorry to hear the fit wasn't right for you. We haven’t had this feedback before, but we understand that every body is different and fit can vary.
We do our best to provide detailed sizing info, model references, and fitting room reels to help with selection, and we always encourage customers to keep individual fit preferences in mind :-)
Impossible returns/exchanges
I love these swimsuits, but it’s impossible to return or exchange.

Hi Alisha,
Thank you so much for your kind words about our swimsuits—we’re really glad you love them!
We do want to clarify that for the sale you purchased from, exchanges and returns weren’t available, as explained in our terms and conditions (which we also shared via email). We completely understand that this can be frustrating, and we appreciate your understanding.
If you ever need assistance with sizing or selecting future pieces, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d be happy to help!
I love my new swimwear
I love my new swimwear. I got a pair of high waisted bottoms and a swing top. I love that the top has padding that is not too thick or stiff.

Cosy change robe
I was so happy to finally find a 100% terry towelling change robe. Everything I had previously found online was either microfibre or velour....ewww
I was delighted to support a local Tassie business too.
Happy days!

These are lovely swimmers
These are lovely swimmers, very flattering and I love the colours. I struggled all this summer with a pair of swimmers that kept riding up, so coverage and support were big factors in chosing new swimmers.

Thanks so much, Rashelle! 😍
Sadly not for me
I was really hoping that this would be 'the one', but I didn't like the fit and won't be wearing it. I exchanged for a different size/style, but no better. A pity because the colour options are great, and I like that it comes in a wide range of sizes. I don't think you can get a refund, just an exchange.

Thanks so much for your feedback, Rose!
We really try to cater to all body types, but we know finding the perfect fit can sometimes be tricky. We're sorry to hear the styles didn’t work for you this time, but we’re always here to help with exchanges if you’d like to try another style. We appreciate you giving us a try and hope we can find something that works for you! 😊
