Obscure refund policy.
You can receive a refund only if you elect to return within 3 days, but this option wasn’t up-front but hidden in the small print.
My return item went back the same day.
Therefore I am stuck with a store credit. And no budging by Sheila May when I emailed my request. Twice.

There was some confusion around…
There was some confusion around something I had returned but after waiting a few weeks for the exchange I thought was being sent I contacted the company and had excellent assistance to sort things .
The email I had received was confusing but they have reassured me that they are trying to change the automated emails to avoid this . The actual bottoms I chose are perfect great design and fit.

This towel wrap dress is such a simple design… but I honestly don’t know how I’ve gotten this far in life without it!
Absolutely brilliant, beautiful trait to size fit and style, the material is better than expected. Drying but not bulky and scratchy like a towel. I don’t go to the water without it!
Service and delivery was prompt and easy.

I will not buy any further products. Purchased two wrap toweling dresses, very disappointed with the products. They were not worth $130 each, not of good quality and not well designed.

I have issues with sizing
I have issues with sizing, both the top and bottom are too big, i would like to return but i am only offer a credit note and I would prefer to have my money back. I don't think i will buying swimwear overseas again. also when buying i did not expect the huge costs of customs fees etc

The swimsuits arrived quickly, but after trying them on I needed a smaller size and the return process was easy. The swimsuit feels and looks great on.
