Ordered some items in May 2022 and never received. I keep chasing customer services for a refund but they only offer a credit note. I don’t trust them to send anything else and it’s not a return - it’s an unfulfilled order!
Avoid - they’ll steal your money and leave you with nothing!

My daughter ordered some clothes in pre order and never received anything. Useless answers from customer services Money gone. STAY AWAY from these thieves

I have been waiting 7 months for my order. Their customers service is terrible and every time I have contacted them they have sent the same message back each time saying the process will take 6-12 weeks. It had been 7 months. To top this off we can’t get a refund only points to then spend in their store! STAY AWAY

Daughter pre-ordered re-usable filmcamera's on their site. After months (initial delivery would be 6-8 weeks) she got notice that there were some delay. Each couple of months there were new excuses and she was asked to wait.
Eventually after a year of waiting we asked for restitution. First they referred to the store policy stating this is not allowed. After reading it I told them that was not true. Now I received an e-mail stating that restitution is not possible anymore as the restitution period has passed. So there are basically admitting that they personally made sure that no restitution can be given back....

Nice quality but took a year to arrive… never buy from there again!

I would give it 0 status if it was possible. I ordered a “PRE-ORDER: Reusable 35mm Film Camera- Orange Swirls × 1” on de 16th april 2023. Today it’s 26th december and after 30,90€ after, it never arrived. I even emailed them and They told me to wait inútil SEMPTEMBER. Total scam

Bestilte d. 9. juni og har stadig ikke modtaget min pakke. Jeg skrev tilbage, og de fortalte at pakken var på vej. Det er scam og anbefaler ikke at købe derfra!

When I had placed my order I waited for half a year. Sent them a complaint email and they wrote back that the shipping duration was longer than usual. Waited for another two/three months and still haven't received my order. I wrote them another email and they wrote back that they cannot offer me a refund. Shekou is a total scam...

If only i could put zero star...
Its been 9 months, didnt get my order yet, Just some excuses mails without the possibility of a refund.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. I never received my order. it has now been 3/4 of a year, I think I ordered around March and never saw my order. I contacted their email and wrote that I was missing a receipt and my package after 3 weeks. I was told that it was ordered sustainably so it took longer. Fair enough. I contacted them again after the 4-6 weeks and was told that some of what I had ordered was not in stock so they would split the package in two. A little month ago I wrote again as I had not seen some of the packages and have now been ignored. Unfortunately, I don't think I will see either my package or money refunded

Ich habe Anfang Juli 2022 eine Bestellung in Vorkasse aufgegeben und bis heute im Dezember 2022 noch keine Lieferung erhalten! Der Kundenservice reagiert sehr langsam auf meine Anfragen und vertröstet mich jedes mal in seinen emails mit Entschuldigungen und neuen Lieferaussichten und ignoriert meine Forderung nach einer Gutschrift einfach. 1 Stern ist hierfür noch zu viel.

Super fast and cheap clothing and high quality clothing

I have been waiting nearly 9 months for my package to arrive. They will not refund.

Customers should be aware that correspondence is awful but they are gladly putting on December sales.

So nearly 9 months and no sign of any clothes.. but refusing a refund?? Illegal surely

I have been waiting on my order for about 6 months now, i do not reccomend this shop at all. customer servuce does not take my complaint serious at al.

This is a total scam. I ordered my daughter some clothes at the beginning of June and have not received them. I've tried to contact them countless times and just get the run around. Do not buy from these thieves.

Bestilte to bukser og et smykke i sommer. Etter 6-7 uker får vi beskjed om at der er "preorder" produkter og da tar det lengre tid. Sender mail for å purre og får bare "takk for din henvendelse" tilbake uten noe fremdriftsplan eller svar på om vi kan få pengene tilbake og kansellere ordren. De siste to mailene har de ikke svart på.

After one year of wait... still have no product. Their e-mail replies are probably computerized. They keep saying it is in the mail. Scam.

I ordered from Shekou in February 2022. I live in the Netherlands and my package is nowhere to be found. They can’t get me a refund but also won’t resend it, I won’t order from them again.

Ordered a size xl in a pair of jeans as it was the only size left and I knew I'd be able to take them in... when they arrived the tag said 2xl but they were tiny, definitely not a size 14-16 like the website says, I'm a size 12 and could get them to zip up...
