Quick delivery well priced

Super quick delivery. Item as described, very reasonably priced.

Delivery was not next day as indicated on the website, and the instructions for building the shelving was practically non existent. To compound the issue the actual instructions themselves looked as though 5hey had been screwed up and thrown in 5he packagaing, and then when transported the movement of the metal pieces had just about shredded the paper altogether.
Once I found an online video of how to construct the shelving - not a ShelvingCentre one as I couldn’t find one - it went together reasonably ok although it isn’t as painless as indicated.

Sturdy shelving, good value for money. Assembly instructions could be a bit clearer.

Excellent service and product. The only confusion was that I ordered from Shevingcentre.com and got a confirmation email from Beauty for less! I wondered what on earth was going on as on the face of it, it appeared a bit dodgy. Still all was well but I would suggest changing this aspect.

The parasol base was recommended, it arrived extremely, quickly easy to assemble and complemented my garden furniture.

My item has arrived so damaged it is unusable I have tried to contact this company by phone, email and the contact sheet on the website for a replacement cannot get hold of anybody totally shocked and appalled as to the customer service! I want a refund or my item replaced.

The customer service was excellent,goods excellent,delivery not so good.Sent notification delivery friday when not arrived tracking ssys customer re arranged to tues...i had not!

I called to ask for a weekend delivery - paid the additional charge - low and behold - no delivery arrived waited a whole day - couldn't contact anyone by phone or email
the delivery then arrived on the Monday - not ideal if you are working
shelves are of good quality - just a poor delivery service

Fast delivery , great product and great price .

Order arrived quickly and product is great value for money. Lovely colour and size. The product has some weight to it so it doesn’t blow over in the wind. I am contemplating another set for a different area of the garden.

Ideal for tidying up my garage. Assembled without the use of any tools other than a drill to secure to the wall. Delivered when I requested. Well worth the money

The shelving arrived in a battered and ripped box and 5 panels were broken. I will be asking for a refund as the shelving also appears to be flimsy.

I have tried contacting customer service by phone and no one ever picks up and i have emailed and not had a response.

Loved the swing set I purchased. Good value with the added bonus keeping the kids quiet. Only slight problem was the small engineering fault with the seats on the see saw. Bit fiddly, managed ok in the end.

Brilliant service. Ordered and received within 24 hours and very happy with the product.
