Prompt service. Unfortunately the package was refused due to damage and breakage. Not your fault but I have tried all ways to get in touch to no effect. I am very disappointed and cross as I have paid out money and have no product.

CustomerService a lot to be desired tried to call about 10 times over 2 days and no answer, ended up emailing with still no answer? No quality control item faulty.

My only problem was paying on line as I'm not very clever on the internet I felt the payment to get to Checkout was not as clear as other companies that I have purchased from. Product wise, Excellent, delivery First Class. So much so, I have purchased another one.

Seat was delivered quickly only good part. Box was badly damaged. On going to put the seat together there are parts missing so unable to put it together.

I have recently purchased Large Heavy Duty Steel Framed 5 Tier Shelving Unit.Easy to assemble when fixed to the wall very stirred,smart finish.Fast delivery Well worth the price.

Item received when indicated and communication of delivery was good. One part of the item was damaged on arrival and had to be repaired prior to assembly. Assembly instructions were clear and assembly process was relatively simple. Assembled product was as described.

I'm a bit confused having bought a 2 person garden seat from Shelving Centre and then got invoices and emails from Beauty 4 Less. I assume they are one and the same company as they have the same phone number but different customer service email addresses. Reviews for Shelving Centre which I checked beforehand were good so I ordered from them. Reviews for Beauty 4 Less were not so good so probably would not have ordered had I known. Item arrived very quickly but when the box was opened there were 4 important parts missing. I've had no response from my emails to either of the customer services. Repeated phone calls go straight to an answering service stating all their operators are busy (even at 9am) asking me to send an email to customer services who also don't respond.
