Below average product, good service
All went smoothly, delivery was quick but quality is low. The shelving unit is very flimsy, and could easily be damaged while assembling it. could have been stronger.

Once I figured out how the shelving was…
Once I figured out how the shelving was constructed it was quite an easy process the instructions however didn't really help a lot. The service from the Shelving Centre was excellent.

I can assure you, that this is something we do take seriously and would like to rectify for you.I would just like to advise you, we only have 1 phone line which does get very busy. I have looked in our emails and unfortunately cannot find where you have emailed either as these are manned during our opening hours.

Good storage solution, shame about the packaging
Shelves were great. Easy to put together and in use within minutes of arriving. However the packaging was inadequate. The outer cardboard had all been damaged to such an extent that I had to check that nothing had been damaged or fallen out!!!

Charged Twice - No Customer Service!
Placed an order and received the racking in good time. When my credit card statement arrived, I had been charged twice. Customer Service telephone number rings and rings, have emailed but yet to have a response. Mistakes like this can happen, but should be easy to sort out, rather than having to resort to a bad review on TrustPilot.
