The delivery service is appalling
The delivery service is appalling, and still not received after one week. There wouldn't even change my address details.
Had to turn customers away because of the delivery.
Cancelled the order.

Good quality product
Good quality product, rapid delivery from the company although UK Mail delivered 1 day later than originally "promised". Packaging was quite severely damaged (I took photos just in case) but items inside were not affected.
The included instructions could have been better - especially as mine came virtually shredded in all 3 packets but a little bit of commonsense and a practical approach led to a generally stress-free completion. Some of the metal flanges required a bit more "encouragement" than others but a bit of bending and the judicious use of a screwdriver sorted these.
I am very pleased with the overall finish and quality of the product.
I have no hesitation in giving unqualified recommendation.

Item just as it is in image...black pvc brackets which seem sturdy enuf and clear pvc sheet which slip into brackets..price keen enuf but i had to pay xtra postage as i live in n.ireland.....i purchased canopy to cover new back door & frame frm the elements. Time will tell if it works for me.
