I too caught out with this scam company, exact same situation as other reviewers have said!!
I was under the impression I was buying one bottle for £39.95, it was only when i saw bank statement that I realised I have been charged just over £119, I contacted them straight away and asked to cancel but they say they don't have a cancellation policy so you have to wait for the product to arrive and then return, as everyone else has said the items never arrive (who knows if there is anything actually in the package?) so unless you are prepared to pay out more money to the customs you have no item and no way of getting a refund. A very misleading website as well, the phone number is English but the company is in america. Disgusting!

I wish I had checked Trust Pilot before I placed an order. I tried the online chat and couldn’t get answers about my order. The money was taken from my account immediately. I believed the connection to Dragon’s Den but didn’t check this company or claims. I feel so annoyed with myself. I will keep trying to get my money back. Their advert came up when I was playing Words with Friends and I thought it was worth trying the Keto Gummies. Didn’t think I’d have much to lose but £150 gone from my bank, so I have lost a lot of pounds. I don’t want the product now and want a refund. The VIP chat support is not worth wasting time on.

I came to this company (unknowingly) via a link from an advertisement that indicated that they were related to the Dragons Den programme.
I've since had communication from Shine Product who say they are the supplier. I contacted them to ask when the delivery will arrive, told 2 to 3 weeks to come from USA. I thought they were in the UK and the order I completed say 2-3 days.
They deny they have said they are connected to DD so I've sent them the link that got me to them.
I told them I didn't want them now. They say I can't cancel.
Absolutely scammers.

I EVENTUALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH MY BANK AND REPORTED THIS AS FRAUD. I'VE BEEN REPAID IN FULL. VERY LUCKY REALLY. MY BANK HAS ALSO SENT ME A NEW DEBIT CARD SO HOPEFULLY THIS AWFUL, WICKED, BUNCH OF SCAMMERS SHOULDN'T GET ANYMORE MONEY FROM ME.

TOTAL SCAM... DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ... they also use a 5 star Trustpilot rating to advertise their gummies !!!

At the risk of repeating the experience and details listed by everyone else, avoid this company and its practices at all costs. If you too are too late to avoid, press hard leaning on the info here and advising that you've contacted your credit card/ banking to red flag the transaction and the company - and you will get a full refund and cancellation of future charges if you dig in. Still no trust in the company, so will be speaking to my provider to block any future charges. Horrendous

This company misrepresented in their Ad. They quote £39.95 but when you receive the confirmation order email it's £119.95. Went on their live chat within 1 minute of placing order told too late as already shipped???? Told could pay 50%. I declined and asked for refund was told no. I contacted my bank and red flagged the payment. Went back on chat and told them I was reporting to trading standards and had reported the to my bank as a scam. They then cancelled the order. They are a scam and I am reporting them to trading standards. AVOID

Not a good experience at all !
My package is held at customs as I am not paying £45 customs fee.Product was advertised as UK based and free shipping. Contacted DHL to divert the package to sender.

ANOTHER RED FLAG - an email arrived today to say they are placing a refill order of £112 if I don't cancel within 24 I will get charged again. Luckily I rang UK number to stop the payment.

I asked for a full refund d was told it wasn’t possible !!!

I placed an order on 16th November 2022 and discovered I had been charged twice on 2 different days.

I contacted the company and was told I could return the item I didn’t want for a refund once I received the order or I could get a 50% discount if I accept both order.
I took the 50% refund guessing at least I would get some of my money back an would be happy to have double the order if they worked.

Still nothing arrived. I contacted the company on 16th December 222 and was sent a rather blunt email telling me to be patient. I tracked the order and it appeared to be in customs for over a month

I emailed the company on 16th January 2023 stating I’d not received my order and as of today, 17th February 2023 I still don’t have the order or any further response from this company.

I got a full refs from my credit card company for non delivery of goods.

I ordered back in November 2022, I never received my order, and I've had no refund. I ordered out of utter desperation. I live in constant and had hoped the product might just help a little. I live on my war pension, so I have no real disposal income, so to such a significant amount of money hit hard. PLEASE don't order! I wish I'd seen the reviews before I ordered.

It started off a disaster I wanted 1 bottle £39 but by the time I’d skipped past all the other items that popped up my payment was £130 as it just added them all to my basket. I immediately contacted them and was initially charged £79 then refunded £39 so only paid for the 1 bottle I wanted. Fast forward 3 weeks and order received. Sadly bottle of 30 contained 27 gummies! I contacted them again to express disappointment and was sent a full bottle as an apology. Good service from poor experience

Please don’t order it’s a total scam!!!! Order never arrived had to call the bank who advise the company is a scam

Do not use Shine Wellness. I was sent an email from what I thought was a contact. It turned out is was actually a Hungarian email address using my contacts name. Do not use this company!!!!

Just been completely ripped off. Ordered a product at £39.95 and they've charged me £119.00. They refused to cancel the order even though I spoke to them immediately. First time I've ever been ripped off. I'm furious

I placed an order 11 December and have not received it to date. 17/01/23 Aparantly it is held up in customs awaiting a payment, well you can't talk to customs with the no's given by Shine so its a stalemate. I contacted shine with the vip automated chat line but still no joy. I noticed the automated chat line is an English telephone number so I called it directly and was greeted by finally an adviser to talk to. I explained the problems I was having and was offered a 50% refund which I refused, I was then offered a full refund which was confirmed by email. So ring this number from the uk 02034798864 or the number below to get your money back. Hope this helps.

This company is a complete SCAM!!!
DO NOT use
Having taken agreed amount for the product I ordered,
they then proceeded twice, to take further amounts of money from my debit card.
My bank luckily notified me and blocked these transactions.

I bought something and realised it was not what i thought I'd ordered. It cost far more than I understood it would have. It was misleading. I couldn't get a refund or cancellation. I think you need a cooling off period. I can't get a refund until I return the order. I contacted them immediately when I realized my mistake
I don't think that is right. I'm annoyed at myself for being tricked and am annoyed that it couldn't be rectified there and then ny the company. It's not right. I complained as it didn't come and I finally got a refund.

Do not order, parcel ordered oct not recieved told me to chase it up chased it up jan still wont give refund would give 0 stars if i could shocking customer services
