Just don't do it. They're sweets and when you return them you don't get a refund no matter how hard you try.

I have the same experience like everyone else. Paid 119.85 on 23 November 2022. Never received my product and its now 5 January. Was told my products held at customs and I have to deal with customs myself!!! Have requested a refund. Total scam. How and where do we report this company? Anyone know? Surely we can’t let them get away with this!

I have since got a refund from the company.

Don`t believe the website, it is a scam. Not UK based at all but USA. Even though you are given a UK number to ring for C.S. it diverts to USA.
Never received the product. Customer service are an absolute joke, they just give you the `run a round` each time you contact them.
Refused to issue a refund stating I need to contact customs to sort the problem myself.

Do Not Buy from this company.

Would give zero if I could. Conned my father by over £239 in one day. No customer support. Either a bot or a moron kept pasting the same info over and over. No way of getting a refund. Just kept repeating that we need to wait for the items. Which were ordered at the beginning of September. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered ViaKeto BHB Gummies on 24 November 2022 which I never received but obviously had paid for. 2 weeks later on the shat I was told that because of the great volume of post it was taken longer to arrive However they sent me an email on 22 Dec 2022 and wanted to debit me with a repeat prescription. I have immediately cancelled.

I’d give it no stars if I could !! Appalling. I would only be repeating everything already said . I apparently signed up to reordering (which I certainly didn’t ) and I didn’t even receive my first supply. Same as everyone on this site. I feel so angry and stupid. Through the live chat they say they’ve cancelled it but forgive me for being sceptical ! Avoid this organisation .. scam

Wish I’d read the reviews before can only say DONT USE this company, ordered November, same old chat about , tracking numbers , apparently my order is still in America, thought it was a uk distribution. Eva Jones , what a joke , shine wellness biggest waste of time ever

This company is a real scam.I ordered gummies 18th October and£119.85 was taken from my account. An email from Eva Jones sent me a tracking number. The package is supposedly at customs at Heathrow. One cannot get anyone on the telephone number +442034798864.The whole business is a scam. How can one even get refund or justice from this scam.

Shine Wellness please do not buy from this company, had to put a block on my bank account and by the skin of my teeth managed to get a refund, do not buy total scam, my goods didnt arrive after 7 weeks, destroyed at airport.

Do not trust this company - you will be told its at Customs and you'll never receive your package. Disgusting how a company can get away with this.

I wrote an honest review as did not receive my items etc. I was told, like many others, that my items were at customs. Through the online chat I requested a refund. It was explained that I could have a refund, once I returned my goods. I reiterated that I had not received my goods and so could not return them! I was then told I would receive a full refund. I was sceptical that any refund would be processed - but a full refund has just hit my account.
I have given 5 stars because of the promptness of receiving my refund.

Still waiting for my order, no one gets back to you either with the email address that’s online tried contacting them with no response.. not good

I received my gummies but they were useless. When on chat line they told me as well as the gummies I needed to follow keto diet!!! I wouldn’t need the gummies if I was on a keto diet. They are a big scam. DONT TOUCH THEM.

Ordered the product and 119.85 was taken from my bank. Product stopped at customs (no idea what for) I was told to contact customs snd then emailed to say a refill of my order was being packed. I did not ask for a refill
THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH SHINE! I have cancelled my so called order and they say I can have a refund if I send the goods back! What goods?

I was also caught out by these people. They said it was down t9 me to sort out getting my package from customs. They also tried to give me a reorder which I never requested in the first place. I have come to the conclusion that 8 have lost my £119 order. I did use my credit card so might try contacting them to see if they can get my money back.

I too have had en extremely poor experience with this business. I also ordered some gummies, the first batch got held at customs and I asked them to resend and again this got held up also. They constantly expect you to contact customs and pay any fee. Lots of delay tactics before agreeing to pay a refund. I have only received half of what I paid. I am making a section 75 claim via my credit card. Do not use this business. They are a scam!!!!!

I've been scammed!!!! like everyone else. I ordered the gummies in October. I found out that my package is with customs at Heathrow. I asked Shine for a full refund, because I heard there's a £50 duty fee. I informed Shine and they said I need to call customs. I've spent £210 on goods I haven't received yet. They took out a secound payment without informing me, like with everyone else. I also thought it was a UK business because it stated it was. I will be contacting Trading Standards regarding this matter.
