Eva James and shine wellness is a scam!!!!! Just like everyone else I fell for the ad of buy 1 bottle of gummy bears get 2 free.... that was June, they took my money and nothing!! Gave me 3 different tracking numbers which were fake, then told me my parcel was at customs....which customs?... and now in Oct (2022) I've had an email saying they've taken another £120 for refills!!!! My bank had to step in. People, make sure you cancel your direct debit with this company!!!

Ordered gummies September 17th2022.Still have not received product.October 25th.They were quick enough to take money but have no tracking number or indication of arrival date.I feel I may have been scammed out of over £100 pounds.Do not use this company.I WOULD PREFER TO GIVE ZERO RATING.

I ordered one bottle of Gummies at 39.95 and they charged me for 3 and when I asked for a refund they debited me instead. They have taken £199.75 off my credit card. This was 20 August 2022. To date nothing received. This American company is offering a SCAM. What Shine Wellness says on their site is false. I have now been told my order would be with customs but they have not sent me a reference number that works and said it is up to me to get my order from customs! First I was told it was with DHL and that reference didn't work either. I am waiting for customs to respond - could take 20 days and then I will be off to Trading Standards. Appalling and customer service is very unhelpful. Won't give me the name of the person running the Company. Don't deal with this company. My first time to be tricked online so I will never ever follow up on an ad on my mobile again. I also thought because the prices were in GBP that the order would come from a depot here. I had no idea customs was involved and extra charges might be levied. How wrong I was. Do not order anything from this company.

OMG, this website is SHOCKING!
The astonishing thing is, they advertised via Sky News app, why I I would’ve though would be 100% legit. Buy a bottle of CBD gummies for muscle pain relief etc etc and get 2 free. They even put the discount code in for you. They took £120 so paid for the 3 bottles, NO DISCOUNT. Spoke to someone on their “live chat” who advised it was £39.99 a bottle. I explained this wasn’t what was advertised. Asked if I was happy with a 50% refund? I accepted. Now a waiting game to see if the products actually turn up as well as the refund. Bank card frozen, bank called, trading standards will be informed if nothing turns up. The company in based in US.

An ad stated buy 1 bottle today for £39.95 and get 2 bottles free.....however they charged me for 3 bottles refusing to cancel the order when I called immediately. Stammers, stay well clear.

The instant feedback has been great. 5star, however l ordered keto gummies at the special price £39 l was charged full price £69 But the credit went through straight away.My order arrived 15 gummies in a bottle with instructions to take 2 a day !! Who in 1 week can loose the weight ? No problem to return But now you get told Its Less The Shipping!!! So basically you are being charged £39 for 1 weeks supply .l have been informed by a consultant there is 30 in a bottle ,the gummies in mine were large and filled half the bottle so l await a reply when they receive it.!!

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered a set on 7th Aug, still not received item.after a few emails, and a tracking number being given.. apparently my order had been delivered on the 29th June... even had a picture of someone with it in their hand...not my hand or my house... and considering I didn't order the set until 7th August?? After another email I sent last night regarding this, they replied with yet another tracking number to say it had left there warehouse?? But wasn't with yodel yet... such a scam company... feel annoyed with myself that I didn't check reviews before I ordered.. please avoid this company.. will be contacting my credit card company today to complain and hopefully this company will be reported to trading standards..

Love the dominos bought for our 5yr old great grandson. Arrived on time . Bit surprised with packaging as I knew I hadn't ordered black candles I thought at first there had been an order mistake. Relieved when the dominos were revealed. Thank you 😊

Ordered 3 sets for the price of 2 so spent just under £60 on 28th June it's now 15th July and I still haven't reviewed my order. Sent 2 emails, 1 Facebook message and posted on their Facebook page (post got deleted instantly) and haven't received a reply telling me where my order is. On 21st of July if I still don't have it I will be instructing my bank to begin charge back proceedings.

Arrived after 3 week wait. One pen was open and no top coat. They are sending me a replacement pen and topcoat. However out of the 5 colours 3 look the same and the pinks dont go on nicely. I feel robbed of 30 quid.

So disappointed. Long delivery, completely different colours that I ordered and terrible quality. Worst of all was how long it took to remove. Own fault for not reading reviews!!

Absolutely awful! I am so irritated with myself for wasting so much money on such a crap product. Nothing like advertised video. Chalk like drys streaky. Wish I had checked these reviews before purchasing. Do not bother wasting your money!

Yes, it dries in seconds, but only lasts the same! Very disappointed-an expensive mstake.

If there were no stars I would have selected that option. Awful like highlighters. No shine and literally goes on like kids watercolour cheap paint. Not quite sure what possessed me to pay this much. Think it may have been too much prosecco. Best place is the bin. Don't waste your money

Not shiny, can't get tge stain from my nails and topcoat puckered. Don't waste your money. I so disappointed. The pens don't smell but the topcoat does. I wish I had read trustpolit before buying. They are going in the bin!

I didn’t receive the correct colours. And they didn’t go on very well, very patchy and see through.

Very disappointed. Long delivery time, completely different colours arrived to those that were ordered. Not durable at all - went all blotchy the first time in the shower. Stained nails badly.

Received my kit about 2 1/2 weeks after ordering extremely long delivery. Have used it twice now both times nails have only lasted a day not as easy to apply as video suggest, not durable at all, very hard to remove and it has stained my nails very disappointed with it wish I had never purchased it 😢
