Same as everybody else, paid £119.85 for products not received, given the runaround , held at customs/ DHL etc. realised to late l’ve been scammed

I suggest that you do NOT buy from these people. Despite me telling them on a number of occasions that I did NOT want a repeat order they keep sending them and taking money out of my bank. I have reported them to my bank and blocked any future payments. They have never replied to any of my emails.

Would not give this comoany any stars, but cannot write the review without giving one star. This lot are scammers without doubt. Do not use them. This puts me off ordering online.

I have previously left a review on this company. I tried to cancel my online order the same day I had made it. I had paid £119.85 26/10/22 and got a refund (from this person named Eva) of £59. Realising I was getting nowhere I put it down to experience. However when my credit card came through I see the day of the refund (27/10/22) they took another sum of £110.97! This has to be stealing....the online chat is unhelpful. Apparently my product at customs like others have found. The second payment remains unexplained and ignored.

Absolute scumbags! Same complete issues as everyone else and these scumbags keep giving me, along with everyone else the run around. Listed as a UK company! Lying scumbags. I have decided to cut my losses and write the order off. Hopefully this company will get dealt with and will be forced to stop ripping people off. I'm also pretty sure that the 5 star reviews have been left due to confusion with a different company.

Just realised I have been scammed. No product wished I had found out more before ordering. Probably won’t get a refund either.

well this business SUCKS!!! drop shipping from USA I'm sure it didn't mention that the product had to be shipped to UK.
so after waiting 4 weeks with nothing i got in touch and they were quite good, offered a replacement which i accepted and my order got stuck in Heathrow customs again! DHL didn't respond to my shipping ref nor did it work on the phone automated check either the customs phone number provided by Shine wasn't recognised either.
So i got my card issuer, after providing evidence by the way, to get my money back! I have my money back and had one iffy email from Shine demanding i return the goods oh and terms and conditions....BLAH BLAH BLAH! I have NO goods to return! Shine also signed me up to monthly repeat orders which i didn't sign up to by the way! Horrid experience and felt like a con and their shop is no off line. ALWAYS BUY WITH A CREDIT CARD!

I ordered a case of Runts candy for £19.99 on 11/11/22 but still haven’t received them. I have looked at the so called tracking number I was given for tracking my order by Royal Mail but all I get is that no information is available.

I really, really wish I had read this before ordering. Similar experience to others unfortunately, stuck at Heathrow, pay customs etc, return and then we will refund. Having read these reviews and from my communication with the company, I think I will just cut my losses before spending more money as I seriously doubt I will get a refund. Don't assume you'll be the lucky one, just don't order from them. Complete scam. Someone should be investigating Dragons Den for endorsing them.

Agree with everyone - they don't work. I followed a link from Dragons Den as well, bought the special offer of 3 bottles for £40 each.
Have I lost any weight, not an ounce!!! Definitely a scam.

Ordered one bottle of gummies, then another bottle appeared for the two following months and my account debited. Contacted the company and returned the gummies. Still never had a refund after almost three months. This company needs to be investigated by trading standards as they are nothing but con merchants.

Not received. Pretty unhelpful. Apparently "stuck at Heathrow customs". They blame DHL, DHL blames customs, Customs say they haven't got it contact DHL, DHL say contact seller and round I go. I have asked for a refund but no reply.

My strong advice is not use this company. My experience has been the same as other reviewers. The company’s sales methods are verging on illegal.
The website shopping process is muddled and I was told that my order had not been completed, but charged me anyway. I found I had ordered twice instead of once. The goods did not arrive and I felt I’d been scammed. I had a message from customs saying I had a package there. I did not know whether this was another scam. I contacted the company via their chat line. They said that they would return reimburse me half the customs charge, and didn’t.
After two months the goods arrived, but not before the company told me that they were processing a repeat order.
A very unpleasant experience, the company did not give any indication that they were operating from the USA.

Utter rip off. Said my stuff was at customs and it was my responsibility to get it. No reply now to any email £130 down no refund

Lack of information

They pull you in by using a well known TV show which supposedly invested in the product
I ordered the item which did not arrive. I contacted them by there VIP chat they informed me that the items were held at HEATHROW and I should contact customs. There was no mention of this when I purchased the items they informed me I should have read their terms and conditions. I cannot afford to get into a protracted dispute s asked for a refund which was refused. Won't be dealing with them again

Well ...I can only reinforce the views of others..do not use this company.
I sadly ordered some gummies ...didn't receive them ...then they said they'd send me a replacement.
Still haven't had them ...they are telling me to phone customs ....any decent company would look into this themselves . Today I had an email asking I'd signed up to a refill scheme in March of this year....absolute untruth .....apparently this has now been cancelled.

I thought i was ordering from the Dragons Den company but got linked across to this one. I realised I had made a mistake with this order and wanted to cancel straight away. I contacted them within a few minutes if placing the order but they refused to cancel it. Now waiting for the slow delivery. The live chat not very helpful really but I guess they are just doing the job they are told to do

This is a total SCAM, I feel so stupid that I let myself be sucked in by this company, I was charged £229.82 for 3 bottles of gummies ordered on 18/10/22 and have not received anything apart from asking me to contact customs and pay another £50.00. Utter disgusting people that scam innocent folk. Also shame on you Facebook for letting them advertise on your site.

BEWARE of this company. Blatantly dishonest . Placed an order for £100+ 2 months ago and still waiting. AVOID

This company also sucked me in. No 24/72 hrs notice of shipping details. and the phone number from their site is disconnect. I also had this uneasy feeling and contacted the customer services my suspicions were confirmed! When you buy these gummies they are on a monthly renewal YES you may well find in a months time you find another payment removed from the card info that you gave them.
I contacted Eva and have a order discontinued number but nothing about the money which has been taken from my account. I did notice that you can buy the exact same gummies from Holland and Barrettes which is good and they are in the UK. If you do have problems in a financial way you can contact your bank they should refund you and they will hunt them down in the USA for the money. Good Luck. A
