I was referred here by my own dentist…
I was referred here by my own dentist for a wisdom tooth removal. Bethan explained to me that in fact it wasn’t my wisdom tooth that was causing the problem but the tooth next to it. Bethan explained that due to the infection at the roots in that tooth it would need to be removed. I am a very anxious person and was so worried. Bethan was calm and reassured me throughout the procedure and her assistant held my hand all the way through bless her. I am now healing well and with no pain from the wisdom tooth that I have endured for the last 6 months. Thank you Bethan and your assistant for being kind, caring and patient with me. I would not hesitate to come back here in the future.

A very nervous patient
I am extremely nervous when attending the dentist and they immediately put me at my ease. Everything was explained in detail and plenty of time was given for treatment so nothing felt rushed. I cannot praise them enough and would feel quite happy to return for any required care. I know I would not be stressed in future

I had my root canal treatment with Dr Chris Burns. He explained the whole process and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure.
He answered any of questions and arranged for follow up appointment. I am very happy with my treatment so far.

I am a very nervous patient.
I am a very nervous patient.
I was referred to Shiraz by my very kind patient dentist. I have arthritis in my jaw which makes any dental treatment difficult as I am unable to open my mouth for long so he thought Shiraz would have the expertise to help me because I had even lost a tooth rather than undergo root canal treatment a few years ago so didn’t want to do that again!
Right from the moment I walked in, the staff at Shiraz were lovely and put me at ease. Chris was extremely patient, understanding and so gentle. At no point was I made to feel anything but comfortable throughout the treatment. Thank you for making the whole process totally bearable and not the ordeal I thought it would be!

After cleaning procedure my gums were…
After cleaning procedure my gums were seriously damaged on the autside: split and patches of skin missing on gums und under the tongue. That should not happen. I've never had such a major tissue damage ever in my life. I had 100% blended diet to give the best condition to heal it. Anesthesia felt like I didn't have it at all. I cancelled further appointments.
