First Class Service
I have just completed my treatment at Shiraz and received a First class service throughout. Chris was very professional and friendly, giving me the option to be informed of what he was doing during the process. I can honestly say I felt no pain at all with my root canal filling. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend to friends and family.

I would not go anywhere else
I would not go anywhere else. I always believe that it is best to stick with a specialist for root canal work..not your ordinary dentist. I have had problems before with dentists doing root canal work and Shiraz were the ones to sort it out.

Great team!
Just back from my second visit and have received the same great attention from Arta and Naomi. Arta has certainly had a good workout on my root canal today, a true engineer! Both ladies humming to the tunes on the radio, whilst remaining professional. Things like this help the patient feel calm, comfortable and confident. It’s lovely to experience a team that are so happy and work well together. Everything was clearly explained to me both before and afterwards, the work carried out, the possible outcomes, and how we move forward. Thank you for all your care and attention this morning.

First class treatment from Arta Vahadaty and the team at Shiraz Endodontics particularly Mary. I was referred to Arta by my local dentist. She was very professional from the outset and managed to save the tooth across 2 appointments. Follow up appointments were conducted to ensure everything was as it should be. Root canal treatment
I was referred to the practice by my dentist for a root canal. From the moment you enter the practice you are greeted warmly by Mary at reception. I was then seen by Dr Nida Kamal in a very warm, calm and professional manner explaining the treatment options in detail. She was going to try to save the tooth but it would depend on findings. Her administration of the anaesthetic was very gentle. She put me at ease and my anxiety subsided. She managed to save my tooth over 2 sessions. Working and being guided by a microscope throughout was a new experience for me. I am pleased with the final result and would not hesitate in recommending Dr Kamal and Shiraz Endo.

Welcoming, attentive, thorough and efficient.
The practice had parking and was welcoming on arrival. The staff were friendly and the specialist Chris who I saw made me feel at ease.
He listened to everything I said and made a very thorough inspection not only of the problematic tooth but also the rest of my mouth, neck and jaw. He then explained with the X-ray and models of teeth what treatment would be possible.
The specialist then followed up the visit that evening with an extensive email, detailing what I had said and the clinical findings and proposed action.
I would highly recommend and if I need a route canal filling in the future, or other specialist treatment, would request to see that particular specialist.

Fantastic care from start to finish
I was referred to Shiraz Endo by my private dentist as I had a tricky root canal issue which they felt needed specialist treatment. I was contacted by Shiraz quickly after they received my referral and was seen within 2 weeks.
My specialist Endodontist was Nida Kamal, who was absolute fantastic, explaining every xray,scan and procedure thoroughly both before,during and after treatment.
I was really assured by the advanced equipment she was using , and her in depth knowledge of how to proceed with my treatment,which involved removing an existing crown, treating a large pulp stone and then sorting out my roots !!
After 2 visits my root canal has been sorted, and I am extremely happy with the service and care I have received and would highly recommend them.

I was referred by my dentist as I was hoping to save my tooth. My consultation was so thorough, probably the most thorough examination I have ever had. Everything was explained to me in detail and I was not rushed at all. I was made to feel so comfortable during my visit. I was given my options and advised to have a think. I was not pressurised into any treatment and from arrival to leaving all of the staff were just lovely. 100% recommend this practice.

Highly Recommend
All staff were incredibly kind, caring & highly skilled. I am an anxious & nervous patient & I was treated with understanding & compassion. The receptionist was so lovely & Christopher so gentle. He talked me through every step & asked all the way through if I was okay & if I needed a break. With absolute honesty I did not feel a thing, testament to his skill. I have had a lot of work previously & the tooth I needed treating was supporting a bridge so my anxiety was extremely high. The care, skill & gentleness I received was very different to all my previous work. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Dr. Butt identified the problem with my tooth and explained in detail the what options were. Knowing that I have quite nervous Dr. Butt was patient and ensured that I was fully informed throughout the procedure. His levels of care and competence were excellent and I would definitely recommend him to anyone requiring the service that this practice provides.

Dr Kamal was pleasant and gentle and listened to me attentively, then gave me a very comprehensive examination, all the time checking I was OK. She then went through potential treatment, costs (all explained thoroughly) and gave me realistic expectation of potential outcome. She was excellent.
