If it was possible, I wouldn’t even give 1 star.
Bought a ShiteShirt got it with no problem.
However it was too small. Have emailed them at least 10 times, no reply. Would never use this company again.
Have just got off the phone with treading standards. They advised to send the shirt back with a formal complaint letter as recorded delivery.
Has anyone got shiteshirts postal address?
The more people complain the sooner trading standards will take action.

Wouldn't have left a 1 star but that was the lowest.
A friend bought a Shi!e shirt and had no problem. Decided to get one for my husband and have had all the problems that others mention. Too small, no reply to emails. Would never use this company again. Wish we had seen these reviews. Would have thought twice even if our friend had no problem. I think they were just lucky. Shi!e shirts shi!e service.

Firstly avoid at all cost!!!!!
Like everyone else I ordered a shirt which was delivered quickly but sizing absolutely rubbish.. I emailed matt no less than 5 times to ask to return and no reply at all {there is no phone number} in the end I returned it with recorded delivery so had to be signed for I waited for it to arrive back as I did track & trace.
I emailed matt a further 3 times guess what...no answer or refund.
I then contacted trading standards and they advised me to go to bank and ask for a charge back which I did... I didn't think I would be covered as I paid for it on DEBIT card but I provided bank with all the proof of emails and the return and sure enough they refunded my money.. I'm not sure whether they have retrieved it from shiteshirts but I have it back in full .... Hope this helps it's worth asking your bank.... This company is not registered at company House either !!

Shiteshirts.com are thieves. I can echo all the poor comments below, as i've had the same bad experience. I ordered an XL shirt as Christmas gift. It arrived quickly but was way too small for my husband, probably a couple of sizes out. I therefore returned it on 30 December, asking to exchange it for an XXL, as that's the biggest size they do. I have received nothing to date, nor have i had a refund. Despite sending several emails to Matt, he doesn't respond. I have also put a comment on their Facebook page, as they don't appear to have a phone number, but still nothing. They were ar Chris Evans' CarFest last year, so i assumed they would be genuine, but clearly they are crooks and i am now £35 out of pocket. Very disappointing.

Ordered a shirt for Christmas. It was despatched the same day. Great, I thought. But the shirt was too small so I sent it back on 29 Dec and asked for a replacement. After chasing I was told it 'was on its way' on 13 Jan but nearly 2 weeks later and I still have no shirt and no reply to a few emails. I wish I had read the other reviews before I bought what would have been a fun shirt for my husband to wear. It seems so unfair that a company can take your money and give you nothing back. Appalling.

Matt the owner of shiteshirts is an awful person, he will not respond to e-mails after I ordered several shirts and wanted to return them as they are not sized correctly, the manufacturing of the shirts is appalling, the sizes are way off the standardised sizing in the UK. They are cheaply made and trust me you will want to return them and Matts customer service skill are non existing, he is not a nice person, you can e-mail him forever and you will not get a response once he has your money. I am a £100 out of pocket and he doesn't care!
Do yourself a favour and avoid Matt at shiteshirts dot com!

Matt is the owner, Matt is CustomerServices ( absolutely non existent by the way) Matt does the packing , Matt takes your money, Matt will not respond to email if you have a problem, Matt will ignore your request to provide a contact number, Matt will not offer a refund. Matt is not a nice person to do business with!
Essentially Matt at shiteshirts dot com is not a business you should use, I agree with all the other people’s reviews you can (and should) deal with other traders, I wish Ihad read Trust pilot before losing my money to Matt!

Same as everyone else. Wish I’d read these reviews first! My friend bought a shirt and loved it, so I thought I’d get one too. Asked Sh*** Shirts THREE times about sizing, then took a punt and ordered an XL, which turned out to be smaller than my friends L! Absolutely useless. You can’t call them and they don’t respond to emails. DO NOT USE this company - they are just a bunch of shysters 😡

Awful site , no returns contact details sent it back recorded delivery as it was too small . No response to emails no telephone numbers to contact . Have reported them to trading standards . Such a shame because I would have ordered another 20 shirts in a larger size for a stag party . Dreadful business to work with.

Cannot concur enough with all of the other responses to this brilliant idea but awful customer service. As with everyone else the sizes are far too small and you are unable to return. No contact numbers anywhere, no returns policy and no replies to numerous e mails. I too will be reporting to trading standards. Please do not use this company. What a shame. I would have ordered more!

Ordered my ShiteShirt off their website, it arrived within 3 days. Looks absolutely crazy and incredible, I feel like I definitely got a good one! Size was fine, fits me perfectly. I haven't contacted them so cannot comment on their customer service, but I have no need to because everything arrived on time, in great condition, and no issues at all.

Same gripes as all other posts. No return policy on the web page. No responses from numerous emails sent. Lesson learned to do a quick check on reviews before purchasing. I note the reviews go back to 2016 so consistently sh@te!

Sent for a shirt in the size I though I needed when it arrived it was too small I sent it back (asking for a larger size) registered first class post it was signed for next day Two weeks later I am waiting for my replacement shirt

As below wish had found these reviews! sizing is a joke! way smaller than you would expect. No responses to emails, shirt sent back signed for and received by then but will not refund completely against e-commerce law! Please aviod before you also get ripped off.

No sizing info on site! No reply from company no refund. Will go straight to credit card company for refund instead. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY go to mutts nuts instead !

What's the matter with these people? They have a great product but don't back it up with customer service. I bought two shirts and returned one of them for a refund because it was too small. I've emailed repeatedly - nothing back. No response, no refund. Rubbish business :(

I also wish I'd read these reviews before I placed my order. I did receive the shirt but wanted to exchange it for a larger size. There was no returns address in with the shirt, I emailed on an almost daily basis to arrange the exchange but I've not had a response. Now I realise I never will. I've reported them to trading standards, it won't get me a shirt that fits but I feel a bit better.

Wish I'd looked at reviews. I ordered a shirt for my boyfriend shirt never turned up. No email or anyway of contacted them. Even tried tweeting them with no response. That's my money il never see again now.
