Great items, service and delivery.

Hi, I don't know who's fault it is but I ordered it last Saturday, I paid extra for two days postage. It was sent on Monday but it still hasn't arrived.
Please can you find out what the problem is please?

Shiva contacted me today and the problem is with Royal Mail. They could not have been more helpful and have posted a new order today. This is fantastic service.

best shop i've bought of to be honest amazing service and they sent me a replacement very quickly when my bong arrived smashed bc it wasn't taken care of when royal mail delivered it. would defo buy of here again highly recommend there website☺️🤌🏻

Shortly after ordering three different items from their online shop, I received a phone call from them asking me if I was aware that the products may not be compatible with each other, which I was not!.They kindly offered me advice on some alternative products that would suit my needs, which I gratefully accepted.
