Easy to order and very fast delivery. But I am taken one star off as scales were not as advertised. This wouldn't have been an issue but they were also faulty. The response from Giles was fast and helpful and polite. I could just return them for a refund and was even given advise for a far superior set. All good but then I realised by the time I paid for return postage and the delivery charge for the new set plus I am too lazy to go to the post office I would only be getting a few quid back so I have gifted them to a friend and will sort new pair when back from holiday. Still worth shopping here as I am sure I could have got codes for delivery if I had asked. So the loss of the 2 stars for not offering to pay postage as the item was faulty as well as having the wrong description.
