Never recieved my order. Been “out for delivery” for 3 weeks.

Excelente muy confiables

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes and was told 2-3 weeks max for delivery. While waiting I could not track the order and would get vague tracking info from shoessx. Only to have the 3 week mark approach and be told they are not sure how much longer just keep waiting. As of today April 18th l still have not received the shoes, so I decided to dispute the charges only to receive a random email from shoessx congratulating me and saying "they show that I received my order in March, and they hope I am enjoying my new shoes." It screams scam if you ask me.

Delivery was delayed. But I love what I received

One of the absolute worst shoe companies i have every ordered from. The company is located in china or japan and will not exchange or refund without the buyer paying for shipping. They offered a ridiculous $20 dollar discount on another pair of shoes that you cannot send back if they are too small or too big. I would stay away from this company by all means.

I’ve received the shoes, and I’m very satisfied; the quality is excellent. I’ve actually repurchased from this store many times now. The customer service team is incredibly patient, and the shipping is quite fast. It’s truly fantastic!

I ordered size 14.5 US shoes they showed up 3 cm smaller than a size 14! They refused to give me a refund unless, I paid to ship the shoes back to China. I have sent 5 emails and they refuse to refund unless I pay to ship it back. They sent me the wrong shoe size it’s on them!
