Poor 6 weeks I have been waiting they have gone from one depot to another and then back to the original depot why would my parcel go back to where it started would definitely not recommend this company and now I believe its a scam with the other reviews I have read am going to look at trying toget some money back if I get any response as they dont like to contact back when contacting them be very careful if you use this site

I'm am so frustrated call I ordered 2 pairs of shoes one pair came in and the other pair
I'm still waiting on it's been a month now
And still no shoes .I emailed them about my
Shoes and they keep telling me that it's waiting to clear customs and they said that a week ago.

THEY SELL FAKE PRODUCTS
I bought 2 pairs of trainers from Genraky.
They took a while to come and when I finally got them, it was pretty obvious they were fakes – Not even good one’s.
I sent them an email stating this and that I wanted a refund.
They offered me 50% refund if I kept them. I said that I didn’t want to keep them and wanted my money back.
They said I could have 60% refund but I’d have to send them back at my own expense. They are based in China so it costs a LOT to send them back.
Since then I have not heard back from them.
My advice is this – if you want original, high quality trainers – DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
If you want to buy poor fake sneakers, buy them from here, complain to them that they are fakes and get as much of a refund as you possible can.

Order two pairs of trainers from these guys, arrived within a week, quicker than they advised. They are true to size, comfortable and excellent quality. They provide accurate tracking information and the whole process was slick. I was initially concerned ordering from an unfamiliar website but they allow payapal which offered protection. Very happy with my purchase and will be ordering again very soon.

I purchased two pair of shoes from them on August 15. I have yet to receive my order. When reaching out to supposedly customer service: they informed me that it was delivered. They continue to give incorrect US Post Office shipping number and a fake advertising 1-800 number stating to contact the local post office. Post office informed me that the number provided is not a US Post Office tracking number. When I informed Genraky of the Post Office response: they continue to insist that it was delivered. The tracking number provided is a third party delivery service that is extremely sketchy just say delivered with the city and state without displaying the actual address where it supposed to be delivered. They will not give me my money back and they are trying to get $50 more dollars out of me to resend a new package. customer service is the worst and this is an extremely bad business that is scam. Good luck if you decide to proceed with them. 09/26/2025.

Shoes arrived the wrong size. I found out i had to send them back to the other side of the world to get my refund. Turns out they are slso a fake website. All shoes are knock offs. Do not trust.

Customer service were so helpful after I had ordered the wrong sizes. I had ordered 7 pairs and they arrived yesterday, all the correct sizes, all in great condition. All as advertised. Really pleased to have found this company and will be ordering again

Fake website offering counterfeit goods with fake discounts. Impossible to reach anyone, no chat, unusable email addresses. To flee

i bought two pairs of Nike DN 8 from Genraky. i got the lime and the red ones. They came in a package. Both pair were 9.5. They fit just fine. Genraky updated me via text on shipping updates. They made several texts so that i knew when to expect the pairs. It was all very professional and caring. I recommend this company.

Die erste Lieferung der Nike Sneaker war nicht ganz in Ordnung aber man hat uns ohne viel Diskussion ein paar neue geschickt. Wir mussten nur usd 20 an Frachtkosten zahlen konnten aber die erste Lieferung behalten und mussten diese nicht zurückschicken. Ein sehr guter und großzügiger Service. Die Schuhe haben zudem eine sehr gute Qualität.

I can’t fault there service because I had a problem with my first order and once I contacted there customer service they sorted the problem straight away, just one small issue is that the return policy isn’t much good to your customers in the UK, but I’ve got to say the service I received was absolutely fantastic, and the quality of the shoes are great I would recommend anyone that’s thinking if buying shoes from them to go a head as they are of fantastic quality.
