6 days ago I placed an order for a pair of shoes. I received a thank you email with the message the order will be processed. But then it became silent and I started to worry. Yesterday I wrote an email with the request of any update for shipping etc. Today I received both an email and the delivery of the shoes! So they are trustworthy. My advice for improvement: keep your customer updated and/or provide the track&trace as soon as it is known for the order.avoids worry. would I recommend them? Yes, for sure! But again : be patient. Maybe I became spoiled by the other webstores which pay lot of attention of keeping you updated and aim for next day delivery. I hope this review helps. Great service, they answered my emails very fast

It all just went very smoothly. Selecting size, basket n'stuff, pay for it, done. Delivery took a few days, but this was clearly announced.
And the shoes, well it's Converse Weapon so they look excellent. I must say that the Weapon CX Leather and suede are a little more comfortable. But the looks compensate that I think.

Price and delivery were oké, but the shoes looked like second hand. Other People also noticed this. Not happy about that.. quality control of returned goods?

It's absolutely insane that no one responds to emails. I returned the shoes on Aug 12th, then on Sept 12th, still nothing, I had to call their support - they HUNG UP TWICE.

Then sent me a message on whatsapp asking "how can we help".

Direct conversation after buying, because there is no confirmation on the website/email about the order after paying. After contacting the shop everything worked out nicely and the package was delivered as promised.
Could you confirm on the website after paying everything is well and also by email: give the consumer trust and a good experience?

J’ai passé commande le 30 juillet, aucun mail confirmant l’envoi de cette dernière à ce jour (nous sommes le 13 août).
J’ai essayé d’adresser plusieurs mails au service client, le courriel indiqué sur le site n’a pas l’air d’être valide puisque les mails restent à ce jour sans retour…
J’espère tout de même recevoir ma commande.

J'ai fait une commande de 108 euros chez Shoos le 3 juillet. Depuis aucune nouvelle de mon colis, pas même un avis d'expédition et quand j'essaie d'envoyer un mail, mail delivery system s'active. Je crains d'être tombée sur une grosse arnaque et de ne jamais revoir mes sous ni recevoir ma livraison. J'essaie d'appeler le service client demain mais j'ai peu d'espoir vu que c'est un numéro whatsapp qui est affiché...Faites attention!!!

Le site est bien conçu.
Réservation et paiement fiable.
J'ai bien reçu toutes mes confirmations de commande + règlement via paypal.
Arrivée via transporteur fiable (DPD)
Chaussures neuves, étiquetées, bien emballées dans sa boite d'origine. Donc tout est bien pro.
Retour demandée car je me suis trompée de modèle, renvoi (payant).
Remboursement en - de 8 jours.

Tout est très bien.
J'enlève un point car livraison et retour payant donc pas 5/5.

They are legit!
They were the only ones who still had those shoes and the price was much better than what I saw on other websites.
I wasn't sure it would work, cause I didn't get a shipment confirmation.
But the shoes did arrive quickly and are perfect. So yes, I can highly recommend it.

Ero un po’ preoccupato siccome dopo l’acquisto ho letto parecchie recensioni negative. Però, alla fine è andato tutto bene. Dopo il pagamento mi son state fornite subito la ricevuta e il codice di spedizione. Dopo esattamente 4 giorni mi sono arrivate. Tutto nuovo di zecca, come da descrizione. Grazie di tutto.

At the beginning I was hesitant to get my backpack from them, because the comments about troubles with products and returning others. But in my case everything went smoothly, no delays, the backpack was well packaged and delivered pretty fast.

I read the bad reviews only AFTER having completed and paid my order, which left me worried. They sent me a neat confirmation email with an order number, but I never received any follow-up about dispatch or track&trace, which gave me an uneasy feeling. To my great surprise however, I received my shoes in perfect state almost a week after ordering them. The company can definitely improve on communication about everything from shipping to delivery to appear more professional, but in the end I was able to obtain certain shoes in a specific size which were sold out everywhere else, so I was left happy and thankful!

My shoes arrived in two days but a completely different color. I could not download the return slip and they they didn't mention anywhere about what amount I will be getting back.

Ordered from Shooos.eu what a horrible experience. Should have listened to the reviews. They took my money, told me they don't have my item in warehouse and canceled my order. They didn't cancel my payment, but instead took my money and told me i have to wait 7 bank days to get it back.
