I would never have thought I would leave a bad review for this company as it's always been really good.

However, recely I placed an order online on 12th June for £208.50 and they put it on back order a week later they cancelled it, another week later I'm still waiting/chasing for a refund, I have phoned them they said I need to fill out a form? and will email one over, no form received.

I then emailed the lady back that cancelled the back order stating that I was owed £208.50 and her reply was unhelpful just saying " I have spoken to accounts and yes, that is correct. Many thanks."

So they have stolen £208.50

If you have cancelled back that have been paid for check your accounts as I might not be the only one.

Excellent service, competitive pricing and great field staff, up there with the top suppliers in the printing/embroidery industry.

good delivery, good stock, if I had 1 problem it is that I can't mix the sizes to get the discounted prices as I can on other sites

I have switched from pencarrie 3 times and ended up coming straight back to ralawise , as they speak to me here like a human being without being rude or abrupt. There website is very easy to use. And prices are the most competitive

I have used Ralawise since i started in business 10 years ago and i am very happy with products and services, the staff in Dublin offices are amazing

I've been a customer with Ralawise for over 10 years. They were my primary supplier. I really thought they were the best of the bunch. I no longer believe this.

My account manager was really good, but unfortunately left, my new one (I'm on the second or third since my original one), doesn't respond to emails or return telephone calls. Even when I am assured he will. Frankly It isn't my job to chase him.

Pricing is good, delivery times are consistently slow since Covid, (between Ralawise and DPD, it usually takes 2 days, if not longer) and then the chances of receiving the correct goods first time are at best around 50%. It seems that there has been a pick error in the vast majority of my recent orders, to the point that if I need something next day, I never use Ralawise as I just cannot be sure that I will a. receive it or b. if it does arrive it will be correct.

It is a shame, the majority of the staff in the customer service/after sales areas are pleasant enough. However, I need my orders preferably next day and correct, which just doesn't seem like something they are able to do any longer.

The service and ease of use of their website are great and stocks and delivery are now getting back to normal. We have used Ralawise for years and we see no reason to change

Gute Qualität, aber zu teuer. Versandkosten könnten weniger sein oder komplett weggelassen werden.

On 2, 11, 2022 i opened a account with RALAWISE.
And the customer service should be compared to a Marks and Spencer advert or Mastercard
I suffer with serve ADHD and struggle with on line applications sometimes. And easily get over whelmed this customer support agent CAT THOMAS. Was truly next level i told her about my ADHD and she made me feel so comfortable. I didn't have right information. But she found a way to use the information i had to make it work. Created a lot of confidence. She understood my technical issues. And resured me of all the human phone support they also offer. Went over in detail all they offer from being able to use there pictures to promote my clothing label. Hmp clothing. Which i so excited about making my first sale soon now ive got a great sale with great phone support. No waiting time. Incredibly friendly and a genuine feel of caring about my goals and objective. 12 out 10. Will review my first order when i make it. Thank you RALAWISE and Cat T
