BEWARE! We placed an order for over £200 we wanted to exchange one of the items as it didn't fit ( for an item that cost more than the existing one) There is a £30 restocking fee & a £15 pick up fee.
No exchange policy. The item is £31 so we are now stuck with it.

Shocked to see the ratings here, seems like people have one little issue and then they come write their review, don't write a review when things are going smooth though. personally we at F&L Printing Services have never had any issues with ralawise service and we couldn't recommend them enough. Brilliant service.

Zero star - nothing more. I spent lot of money on last year and never AGAIN.

Absoloutley shocking customer service. They would not open us an account as we are a charity. A charity that runs a garment decoration business. Kat was most unhelpful. Very disappointed with them. Please don't leave a boiler plate answer. We have a website we have manufacturing facilities.

Repeatedly let down by poor customer service and not fulfilling the correct or full amount of orders. Their Back ordering systems are not fit for the job, Constantly rolling over to following days / weeks, meaning you can't get accurate dates to your clients. Call them up and they promise to reply to get back to you with information but they don't call back.
Genunie lack of any apparent care. Perhaps those with an account manager fare better but for ourselves, just using their online ordering, its been repeated failures and disapointments.
Regret the low score but enough is enough.

shocking!
they take forever to apply refund for faulty returned goods! then make up amounts on the account that are owed (in our case not owed!).
They fail to take complaints seriously!
Incompetence is an understatement!
They have been great in the past but those days are long gone!shocking level of service!
