Great company, have purchased with them quite a few times. Stock a lot of the niche suppliers and you can get a great range of Asian films for good prices, including some rare ones to find in the UK. Customer service is always good, you know you're talking to an actual human and get the better class of service that comes with that.

El presupuesto presentado para los trabajos de la Inspección Técnica de Edificios (ITE) resultó ser considerablemente superior al valor real de las labores realizadas. Las horas trabajadas por el equipo y los materiales utilizados no justifican el elevado coste final, lo cual me ha dejado con una sensación de haber sido engañada.

Además, la comunicación fue difícil con Gerard, el responsable de la obra, mostró un trato poco profesional. Debido a estos problemas, no considero que esta empresa sea confiable ni recomendable.

Their customer service is truly exceptional; they were incredibly accommodating when I needed to make changes to my order. Fantastic selection of movies. Solid 10/10 for an outstanding selection and service!

I placed my order on April 19, and only just received it in July. I get that I am in USA and shipping takes time BUT this is my 2nd order, my first order was one that got lost earlier this year (you guys had to make announcements about the delays). 3 months per order is a very long time. I also sent emails asking about my order. I did not receive any communication in return. I did not even know if my package was being shipped until July 3rd, which is a very long time. I like your selection and want to order again, but the lack of communication is frustrating and makes me wary of more business, considering you guys are not 2 for 2 on taking absolutely forever to ship things to me. I order things from china and it only takes them a month to get it to me, whats your excuse in Britain?

*EDIT* I did not realize that this was a public review. I would like to state for the record that Terracotta contacted me within a few hours of this 'review' (I thought I was messaging them directly) and explained a few things.

One of the titles I ordered was a preorder and we had to wait on that. They've apologized for not responding to my inquiry emails and I accept them fully. They have said that they are making their US shipping faster and I look forward to making another purchase. Terracotta has probably the best selection of asian movies of any independent site out there (that I know of at least) and they organized the site really well. They make it easy to find movies not just by category, but by country, which is a great feature.

I've changed my stars rating from 3 to 4 stars on this order to reflect the individual customer service that they have provided so quickly.

Excellent value! In the Line of Fire box set is well put together and I cannot wait to dive in. The art and interview book is amazing. Shipped quickly and packaged well.

Honestly my favourite distributor of East Asian cinema! They're genuine fans of the films themselves, so the experience is literally tailored by the fans for the fans! Pre-order discounts are always fire too! I will always check Terracotta first before anywhere else when it comes to my physical media collection!

Even though I am not in the same country as Terracotta, I get 1st class and fast service. They have a great selection of films that I can't get elsewhere.
