Like every other real person here I was also scammed by this sham of a “company”. Ordered one product. Which I did receive. Then noticed 5 months later I’d been charged $39.99 a month for their “rewards and perks”. No indication of this on my order confirmation… and no other email ever. No receipt for the monthly debit. No promotional emails saying “you’re part of this great rewards program… here are great products you can try”. Nothing. They know if they send emails you’ll catch on to what they’re doing. I went to the “cancel my membership” link and it continually brought me to a web page that doesn’t exist. I got a 404 ERROR page every time. I called. I emailed the address on the website and it bounced back. I’ve only been able to get to someone using the “contact us” form on the site. They told me they cancelled and have me a month refund. I continue to email back insisting on a full refund. 10 emails in and they say “we will be happy to cancel for you”. You said that was done 8 emails ago.

I am outraged that this sham of a business is making money off of siphoning money from people who tried their product once. And it’s a crappy product to boot. Based on some of the reviews some never even got the product! They’ve rebranded to “Volumize” now. Likely to avoid bad reviews and accountability for what they’re doing.

They are a big scam! They keep on charging me 2x a month, but never send me the product. They should be reported to the police.

I had the same experience as other reviewers. I purchased a product which I didn't like and didn't finish. And then on top of everything they put me in a "Subscription" plan where they wanted to charge me monthly and not send any product? This was crazy. Please do not buy from them. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

They did not ship my order though they said they did and refused to refund me. I contacted to the USPS to confirm the shipping info was fake. Do not buy from them. It’s a scam.

The first time I bought from the website I took advantage of a deal for three bottles for like $76. After that they charged me for three months and sent me no products. Charged me $40 every month and did not send me my subscription. I’m fighting these charges with my bank tomorrow.

As others here have said, it's a total scam. Charged $40 for subscription that I did not consent to - there is zero information about this ANYWHERE. Terrible communication from the company and zero refund offered. Just don't buy.

This is a shady company. They sign you up for a $40/month subscription without telling you, and start immediately charging you after your first order. No one responds to emails or calls. SHADY.

Absolutely do not purchase from this company. The website seems legit and sucks you in based on the reviews and brand-name recommendations. What they don’t disclose AT ALL on their website is when you purchase ANYTHING, you’re automatically enrolled in their VIP membership program and automatically start charging your card $39.99 a month. Completely without your consent and conveniently after your product has shipped. They do not respond to email inquiries at all. I’ve now submitted a fraudulent charge claim with my bank. How is this legal?! I so wish I would’ve read reviews before I purchased. How convenient all sales are final too.

They auto enroll you into a subscription for $40 a month that only gives you a discount on first and second order. It’s not worth the $40!! And they mysteriously stop responding to emails

Absolute scam. Absolutely no indication they are signing you up for a membership. They offered me to cancel it and I agreed to cancel it the day after my order. They stopped replying to my emails and social media messages and charged me for a subscription a week later. Bottle arrived (late) and was 2/3 full. No results. Absolutely do not purchase with this company.

Company and Product is a scam. Ordered in August. They have been fraudently charging my credit card since August. I am embarrassed to admit that I only noticed it today. Do not order from them or you will be sorry!

Same as other people. Signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge. Sent first order which was received. Then charged me for 2 more orders that were never shipped.
i have contacted them in an attempt to resolve this. if they don't credit me for the products I did not receive I will put my credit card company on their tail.

Really quick shipping, 3 days via USPS Ground. Tracking was also included which was nice so I could see when it was coming. The packaging is very luxury feeling and the serum is high quality and authentic

Ordered my second bottle of volufiline today and have had the best customer experience, fastest shipping ever, second one has already shipped!

This company is a SCAM - they never sent out my order

Super scammy. They automatically charged my card after the fact without my consent and on top of that provided NO tracking information for this alleged purchase. There’s no way to access your account or order history. Very predatory and scammy do not trust this company.

They sign you up for a subscription without informing you during your initial purchase and save your card info to authorize future payments. That seems sketchy and illegal. Avoid this company.

After my initial purchase I started seeing other random charges although I hadn't ordered any additional products. This company is in China. Straight up scam.
