I ordered the mop head for a keg mop…
I ordered the mop head for a keg mop but when it did not fit I rang Wessex and a very helpful lady explained why and helped me to get the correct mop frame and handle which arrived very quickly Thank you

I can see that on the day you purchased the item, you were emailed by the team to inform of a 7-10 day delay with your order and if you were happy to wait or receive a full refund. Our Sales team subsequently responded to your email for an update first thing.
