Very helpful and swift action after a wrong order delivered. I think this is hugely important as mistakes can always happen but a positive outcome and friendly customer service ensures an overall positive response and likelihood of return custom.

I needed some support with a machine that had been hired and I can only say that without Steve's help at the telephone my life would have been made far more stressful than I needed. Thanks Steve for your telephone technical support and patience.
