Great, fast and professional service. Tried other similar companies but Shop2Ship is defenitely the best one.

One of the worst forwarders I ever dealt with. Their cost of shipping is much higher than any others.

A lot of hidden fees, bad customer service, constant follow-ups on the same issue, not updating tracking numbers properly, etc.

To top all that, they lost one of my packages for months and I asked several times to look for it yet they confirmed many times they don't have it. After many months passed, they emailed saying they found it! Asked them to forward to another US forwarder address as a curtesy for their mistake but they ignored since then.

Support service ( live chat) is not working. No reply for numerous requests via live chat or “ leave us a message and we will revert to you...”

As someone outside the US I would like a payment method for goods that can use the warehouse address as a valid US address. I am not aware of this facility that other shippers use.

I had a terrible experience. Not only my package arrived late, that i also had to pay twice - one for the package and another one in my country. When I asked for help the website refused to send it back, even paying a bit more. Never again.

Only giving a 3 star as the service has been slower than usual. Will give the benefit of the doubt as I understand they are in the process of moving to a new location. Normally I find the service exceptional, which is why I won't give less than a 3 star this time. Hopefully after the move the service will be fast again.

No customer service at all, zilch, nada. They lost goods in their warehouse and it was bever delivered to me. It was impossible to contact Shop2ship and numerous emails went unanswered. Do not use them, you have no assurance that anything yoy send them will actually be sent to you and if you have any issues you will not receive any response from them.

I live in Mexico and like to support small artists from the US. The problem was shipping, as I noticed that anything that didn't came via express email got lost (Even before the pandemic) but I didn't have enough money to choose express every single time. It was then when I found Shop2Ship and I gotta say they've been absolutely wonderful!! Not only I've saved a lot in shipping but they also do an excellent job when placed with an special order. One time I ordered a print with a discount because it was slightly damaged, and I obviously didn't want to receive it even more damaged. So I asked them to please secure it well. I received a fortified print, it was completely sheltered by sturdy cardboard to the point I don't think even sitting on it would have made a dent. The customer support is great too! I really recommend them!
