The operator who answered the call was very helpful, helped me to consolidate 4 parcels. Unfortunately, the delivery cost is a little expensive, but at an acceptable level.
Terrible service, please keep in mind that according to them, the responsibility only goes until the product leaves their hands, from then on you depend on your luck and if there is a problem, they do not help you to solve it, you are alone .
I just got to open this App Shop2ship I have a percel delivered since 31 December 2020 just to my wonders I cant find my package I emailed several times got no response I cant just imagine myself i need to know whats wrong.

but the delay in preparing my package made me post a bad comment about them:
"i ordered a lot of laptops to repair in my country (PERU)...i saw her yotube videos, i see her "cheap" ship rates .. i sent the ebay lot ... they update quickly the package received, get charge the shipping fee and never answer again.

After I paid for the charges, I received an email saying that UPS will need additional charges of USD35. The email also suggested me to switch to FedEx with no extra charges. I replied the email but then no more response has been given by Shop2Ship. I did send few emails and write feedback forms in their website but still none reply.
You guys have receive payment and yet you havent ship my consignment for over a month now ,whats going on your services is the worst i ever seen I need to no whats going on cause I'm losing it right now.50961337 is my site

They gave me a suite number which appeared to be later a test suite number. I had to check one by one whether my parcels arrived and provide proof of purchase details for each one. Later on during the pandemic they 'forgot' to send me any kind of notifications that I have received items pending in my storage and they simply threw a parcel worth many $ away. At least they claimed this. Their phone app (iOs) doesn't work either. Not to mention their extremely poor customer service - I had to wait hours to get in touch with them via chat. Keep away!

Why is your service so bad and slow. After payment is received, the delivery process is not immediately carried out for more than 1 week. And when the package is ready to be sent, the tracking number you wrote is wrong, only 6 digits instead of 10 digits for DHL.
I have done business worth 20000$ with them but now they are just pathetic
It is true as everybody said that they never ever to any mail.
Which means they NEVER EVER.
it's really disgusting that why are they even open if they can't revert to mail.
They don't update system even for 10-15 days after receiving shipment.
They take 15 days to consolidate parcel.
They just know how to increase charges for a shipment
I don't know who is taking care of this company and how.
I am planning to shift fully to MYUS
