Worse experience ever, I had to keep reaching out to customer service for updates and then came home to no product and then no responses to my emails. I lost out on the product and my money. Be careful when ordering from here.

Started using the red light therapy on 3/8/26. I've seen a difference in my waist line along with diet & exercise. I've lost 6.5 inches off my waist to date. I plan to continue to use it while I am on my weight lost journey.

BUYERS BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS BUNCH OF SCAMMERS! I bought the firmly neck product from Shopcapriccio.com. When I received the product it was missing the plug. I reached out to the company supplying them with photos, it took a month to receive a plug for the firmly neck product to find out upon receipt the plug was wrong and not for the firmly neck product. Again, I reached out to the company with pictures & they said they would look into the correct plug. Weeks went by & no response, I sent various emails to the company but NOTHING. I asked for a full refund for the damaged product, again NOTHING. Emailed a few more times for a full refund, no response. THIS COMPANY & PEOPLE are SCAMMERS! Don’t buy from them.

I really enjoy using the red light therapy device. The reviews were very positive and I am hoping to see some visible results soon 🙏🏾

I have been using this product for the last month. I did take pictures of myself before I started to use this product. I can see a change in my body. My wife has also been using the product as well, and she has been seeing some results as well.

A great product and easy to use , both the firming cream and the tummy belt . I’ve been using it every day for the past three weeks - I very rarely stick to anything so this time I’ve really managed to see an improvement in my skin texture. I’ve lost 36 KG over the past yeah and a half , perimenopause is around the corner so this was a great product to give me skin a head start before more changes happen xx

Have only had the belt a few months and some lights stopped working. They said 60 day warranty from purchase date. Research and buy from a company that backs their products better.

Ran across an ad. Who doesn't want to get rid of their stretch marks? Thought I'd give it a try. Only used it 4x, not seen any improvement just yet but still hopeful!

Don't use this company. They advertise 60 money back guarantee, but you have to pay return shipping to CHINA! The cost of the return shipping is more than what I paid for the product! Save your money!

I didn't receive the red light belt after my first order as apparently went missing after 3 weeks, I said to just refund it as delivery took too long. They instead sent another which I now received but I no longer want and are trying to make me pay to return it. Utterly non sensical, dont bother buying.

I ordered the red light belt, received it in a week or so and it works. Not sure if the health benefits will be great but the ordering experience was fine.

DON'T BUY , ITS A SCAM.
