Cosy offers Asian beauty products that goes beyond Korean or Japanese. I love that they gave an extensive array of Filipino makeup brands which I have started getting into. I specifically purchased Issey palettes but during my browsing sessions online i have discovered other brands worth checking out.

I bought perfumes here (the lucky potions), the aus post delivered it in thw wrong address and I reached out to both cosy and aus post. Cosy replied very fast and helped me out a lot by getting my package back. When I received it, it was unopened and i loved the perfumes so much that I will def keep buying from them not just because of the products but because of how reliable the seller is in such situations. They have really wonderful customer service!!!!

This is my third purchase from this shop. They have products that I can't live without and they were sold out. I emailed the team and got a prompt response. Their communication to me was excellent, transaction was fast and easy. I'm happy and satisfied with their customer service.
