On January 10,2025, I order 3 bracelets from SHOPFEMTHINGS, and paid $23,85 for them. Starting 2/23/25 I was charged a MONTHLY charge of $19.87, 3/23/25 another 19.87,
4/23/25 and 5/22/25 19.87 each time. I did not agree to a monthly charge or subscription, and wish to terminate charges to this company. I give this a "NO STARS" rating, but this forum doesn't have a "no stars" choice. Buyers: please think twice before purchasing something that seems to be a great or even good deal, if you are not familiar with the company.

I ordered a bracelet in November. When it arrived, it was so cheap I just threw it out. Now I realize I have been charged an additional $19.87 a month for December, January, February, and March.

This company appears to be US based. I ordered, received confirmation with wrong address. I called after leaving message and not receiving response. Was told the address had been changed. I received an email with the wrong address again and a tracking number. After leaving several messages, I finally spoke with someone else who changed it again. The tracking number never worked and then I found out it was shipped to the wrong address. This took over 2 weeks and I found out it came from China. What a waste of time, energy and money.

I ordered 2 bracelets for my granddaughters, they came and saw charge on my credit card for them, which was fine. The following month, I see another charge from them. I looked at all orders I placed and nothing ordered from them. Contacted them and asked what this charge was for. Was notified that was a monthly charge for shopping on their site. I told them I did not authorize that charge and I want that charged refunded immediately. Only reason they got 2 stars is because they agreed to refund the charge. Be very careful when you order from them and always check to make sure you are not paying additional fees.

I placed an order on Nov 5th and asked for express delivery which was three days. I have not received my package because they gave me all the wrong information. After calling UPS and the postal service I was told it had been pending since Nov 13th. So I may or may not receive my items. These crazy people took my money for the express shipping because I was told they did not send it express delivery. I am beyond frustrated with this company. I have had nothing but trouble from day one. Everyone gave me different information and the wrong tracking number. The customer service reps don't have a clue of what they are doing. I will never again purchase another item from this rip off company. If I could give them a 0, that's what I would have done. They don't have any business doing what they are doing because they do not know what they are doing. I've even thought about contacting the BBB and will do so promptly.

I ordered a ring on August 4, 2023 and still haven’t received it. I was charged for it on August 13, 2023. And charged again on August 29, 2023. But still no ring.

I received an ad on FB from this site and decided to take a look. I came across "GOD IS BIGGER STAINLESS BAR DRAWSTRING BRACELET." Decided to order it because it looked nice on the site, and it has a drawstring bracelet (adjustable) as I have a chubby wrist. Received it today, and the bar with the saying on it, is so small and barely legible. The picture on the site shows the saying is etched in black, but it is not making it extremely difficult to see it. Does not look as nice as the pic. Very disappointed!!!

SCAM….

They offer you a something free only to secretly charge you 19.87 every month on your credit card …Don’t do it …been charging my card for a long time and my bank just sent it up to fraud.
