Ordered my Air Force One with opening cabin and LED. It looks and feels awesome! I didn’t get my free plane so I asked customer support about it and they were more than kind. It takes a little patience but in the end I got double what I expected! Truly great support and they deserve your business. Give them a try!

Great diecast models! Paint and aircraft detail are excellent! Excellent packaging allows purchase to arrive unscathed! I had a small glitch with the mystery model, but customer service was right on it and handled without delay!

I ordered a nice Air France Concorde, and it arrived within the specific day and it was beautiful. The paint on the die cast metal is pristine, and I love this model of one of my favourite airliners. It was supposed to come with a free aircraft unfortunately it did not upon messaging the company. There was a mixup and as a result, they’re sending me two free aircrafts for free by express post. Now that is great customer service and there are definitely future models from their site that I would like to purchase.

I had ordered 7 planes, bought 3, got 4 free. There was a mixup in the order and they only sent me 6 of the 7 planes. Their customer service was great and they responded very quickly to my emails to resolve the issue and sent me 2 planes, one which I was supposed to get for my order and another one as a gift for the original mixup on orders. The planes themselves were of pretty decent quality for the price. All die cast models with decent paint.

Still trying to get or cancel my order. Says standard shipping in 2-8 Business Days. Ordered on February 23 Almost 2 months and no response from this company. Buyer beware!

They scammed me models looked ugly and did not allow returns and they said they were closing to lure me also did have landing gear as said in there store. 0/10 waste of 220 dollars.

My plane was beautiful, I should have ordered the bigger model, I will do this soon- Airforce One. I was missing my gift plane, but when I emailed them, to my surprise- they answered.

Shipment had problems. Vendor not only fixed it but sent me an ADDITIONAL 2 models to remedy the situation. Very pleased. Definitely recommended. BEAUTIFUL replicas.
