Had to wait nearly a month to receive product no comuniction from yourself so only giving 3 stars

Bought several models from AMS..Had conversations with them,when a model i paid for on pre-order had to be cancelled..They gave me a percentage of my next model choice.
Great delivery time and great service..
Just a shame i could never walk round there place and pick out some i love myself.

I recently purchased a lovely NG Models 1/400 scale model of the Chinese Xian Y20B strategic airlifter.Qualiy is great,and is a welcome addition to my collection.Great service from Aircraft Model Store,and definitely recommend this company.ln fact,l already have another model on order,so that says it all.

I’ve placed numerous orders with AMS and always been impressed. The website is slick with a great selection, prices are competitive and delivery is super quick. On the couple of times I’ve had an issue with a model (manufacturer defect, not AMS’s fault), the customer service has been absolutely top class and resolved the problem by offering a series of options to best suit me. Very satisfied and would highly recommended 👌🏼

I ordered a model aircraft on the 11th of May 2026 and paid extra for the Parcel Force 24 hour delivery option. The parcel then was not delivered to my home address until the 14th of May 2026. Highly disappointed with this level of customer service and feel that my money was taken under false pretences.

Excellent first class service. I have only just started my collection of 1/200 aircraft and I must say the detail on the models are exceptional. I look forward to next month when I can afford to buy another one. 👍🏻

Excellent customer service, great choice of models and a great reward program, highly recommended.

Delivery was fast however spending £280 i expected more from the models i received. A lot of which were either very small or plastic which i wouldn't expect for the price of them. £50 for a plastic model is not very acceptable. And another £50 for a tiny model plane again is very expensive and I've had much better models for a much lower price from elsewhere.

Very good company but the Gemini Jets aircraft are not good... I know they are bought in but the are selling them. The Delta A350 aircraft has fallen apart missing an engine and wheels... Don't buy or sell. Everything else is AMAZING!

Amazing quality products and models always very informative and helpful with everything that they do been a customer for 4 years now and come back here every single time to get a new model for the collection AMS are the best you’ll get definitely and is worth every penny you spend :)
